Spring is Pitchner Place at its finest. Wildflowers dot the pasture view from your bed. Hiking temps are perfect, Cathedral Rock by morning, Page Springs by afternoon, cedar hot tub under stars by evening.
Past guests say pictures don't do it justice. We agree. The sunrise through floor-to-ceiling windows, deer grazing at dawn, the quiet so complete you hear individual birds â details a camera can't capture.
"We found ourselves wanting to stay in more than be out." â Alexis
We're your virtual concierge â available by text/chat anytime. Need dinner reservations in Cottonwood? Want to know which winery has the shortest wait? Looking for a wildflower trail? We'll share the insider spots that don't show up on Google.
We're not on-site, but we respond fast. Guests consistently mention our communication as a highlight.
Cornville is where the locals go when Sedona gets crowded.
You're in the heart of Arizona's wine country, Page Springs Cellars is literally 10 minutes away. In spring, the tasting rooms are uncrowded and the winemakers have time to talk. DA Ranch (our favorite) is 10 minutes. The entire Verde Valley Wine Trail (20+ tasting rooms) is within 15 minutes.
This is a real farming community. You'll wait for cattle crossing the road. You'll discover the general store where winemakers buy morning coffee. The pace is deliberately slow.
Spring transforms the landscape: cottonwoods leafing out along the creek, wildflowers in the meadows, apple orchards blooming at Slide Rock (mid-April). The air smells like sage and new growth.
Old Town Cottonwood is 15 minutes for restaurants and shopping. Jerome, the historic copper mining town perched at 5,000 feet, is a scenic 25-minute drive that guests consistently recommend.
Sedona's red rocks are 25 minutes away. Close enough for day hikes. Far enough that the crowds stay there.
Full access to Pitchner Place and its outdoor spaces.
Your private cedar hot tub with direct master bath access, no braving the cold to get in. The deck overlooks pasture where javelina appear at dusk and deer at dawn. Your fire pit has its own seating area for evening gatherings.
The short-private trail to Oak Creek starts at the parking area. In spring, the creek is lively from seasonal rains, perfect for morning walks along the water. By May, creek-side wading is comfortable.
Hammocks hang under 100-year-old cottonwood trees that are leafing out in fresh spring green. Complete privacy from Tu'nlii House (our main home), separate entrance, separate outdoor space, separate everything.
Level 2 EV/Tesla charging included onsite.
Pitchner Place was designed for couples who notice details.
The master suite faces east, panoramic windows frame sunrise over the pasture where deer graze at dawn. Past guests wake up at 5 AM on purpose just to watch. The second bedroom accommodates friends joining your wine country weekend.
The modern kitchen invites real cooking. Seasonings, a Nespresso machine, and everything you need to prepare a meal with produce from the Cottonwood Farmers Market. Guests consistently mention how well-stocked it is.
But the design detail everyone talks about: the master bath connects directly to the cedar hot tub. Step from the shower into the tub without touching cold morning air. Martin and Anna called it "genius design" â and they're Airbnb hosts themselves.
The outdoor spaces are where spring shines. Your private deck overlooks the tree-lined, Oak Creek, the fire pit is positioned for stargazing, and the trail to Oak Creek starts from the property.

Spring evenings cool to the low 40s â perfect hot tub weather. The cedar tub is heated year-round and the contrast between warm water and cool spring air is something our guests rave about.
