Serene, peaceful and rejuvenating property. Perched on a hilltop of Page Spring overlooking one of Caduceus premier vineyards.An island in the sky, with 360 birds eye view. This private ridge with sweeping views of Oak Creek, Page Springs, Dancing Apache Ranch and Javelina's Vineyard and tasting rooms. You can see the Mingus, Black Hills, Table Mountain and the S.F. peaks of Flagstaff. This property is centrally located and a hub for day trips to Sedona , Jerome, Old Town Cottonwood, Winetasting and the grand Canyons, but you may not want to leave.

The cottage is cozy and it encumpuses a deluxe style. Fully stocked kitchen(everything you need-Gas stove top, Refregerator, freezer, ice macker, microwave, epresso /coffee machine), Tastefully furnished and decorated. It has a large Viking style wood bed, with Onics and Itailian tile floors through out.. it is equiped with a washer and Dryer(for long stays).

Enjoy breathtaking sunset or stargazing evenings, with a glass of wine, on your own private patio, or walk/site among the the vines. Every morning starts with a fresh ground cup of coffee or expresso.
There is a charming living room with a pullout sofa bed.

We live on the property, so we are easily available by text, email or call anytime during your stay.
We respect privacy at any level. Interaction with Host is welcome, if you need assistance with restaurants, sightseeing and activities in the area, or wine tours and tasting.

Note : This cottage is pet friendly with a $40 per pet .

Our stay was so relaxing. It was important to us that our senior dogs were able to enjoy some vacation time with us. We thank Sam & Sylvia for their hospitality! They have a lovely spot that is central to all if the other vineyards in the area.

Can’t recommend this property enough! Absolutely beautiful room and the best sanctuary great location for all the hiking activities we wanted but coming home to relax with wine and cheese in the patio was just what we were looking for. Great location but enough distance from the typical tourist activity that we didn’t want. Slept so well!The property hosts are lovely and accessible if there is anything you need

We absolutely loved our stay and didn't want to leave.During the day we could linger outside on the lanai with our wine and enjoy the beautiful view with our dogs. At night we had a comfortable, cozy bed to sleep in that you just didn't want to get out of in the morning.We are already planning a return visit next year!

Great Place!

Beautiful location and casita to ‘look at’ but unfortunately there is no comfortable seating to rest and put your feet up. The sofa was just a bench really, and so low my husband had a hard time of it. No other chairs except the tall barstools. Secondly, it was very dusty and dirty- appliances, mirrors, floor, counters- even the coffee pot, gross. Even the patio was dirty and tattered. Sad for such a lovely property. Very disappointed. We planned and paid for 3 nights but left the next morning. No way it was going to work for us. These things aren’t mentioned in the cancellation policy. Owners were very nice. If they reach out and credit us for two nights I would be happy to update this review.

Beautiful views in a lovely location. Cottage is perfect for two and has everything you need. However, there is a musty smell that is overwhelming and concerning. Because of this, I would be hard-pressed to stay again.
