Spring Break Stay
Dan is a wonderful host. The house is very well decorated and clean. The beds were very comfortable. The size of the rooms were good. The kids had a nice cozy room. We were 4 adults, 4 kids and 2 pups and we didnt get to use one room with a king bed. Dan was very prompt in his responses. The house location is perfect. It is a very short drive to the beach. We walked only to see the sunset/sunrise but had to drive with beach supplies as its a good 10 min walk. We had a minor issue of water over flowing from one of the toilet and immediately someone came to take a look. The only bummer is that the hot water in the shower gets cold pretty quick which shouldnt be an issue in the summer as cold showers would be good but in spring we had to wait a good half hour after two people showered for the next two to shower. We would stay here again for sure!

Perfect hidden getaway!
The house was exactly what the photos looked like online. It was immaculate upon arrival. The communication with the owner was so easy. His professionalism and turn around time was immediate! I would highly recommend! We were a family of five and had plenty of space!

Family OBX trip
Great spot, easy walk to the beach with a long boardwalk. Nice community center and pool, you have to log on to an app to make a reservation but not as cumbersome as I thought it might be. Daniel was very responsive, the beach chairs were not at the house and he had some there in about an hour. Hot tub and outdoor shower were great. Few things need some attention in the house but over all nice spot for a big group.

Great stay!
My family really enjoyed the stay here. The house was very spacious very clean. Communication with owner was great with quick responses to sny questions we had. One of our favorite parts of the house was the fact that it was like a 6 minute walk from the beach and it also had a hot tub.

Host had exceptional communication and was easy to get a hold of. The house was very spacious and the inside was extremely nice. We felt very comfortable right away. The house is also centrally located between the beach and pool. Walking distance to sunrise and sunset!

Perfect Fit for us
There are so many things about the house I can’t pick just one favorite. The home’s layout is ideal. The open living area and kitchen was perfect. Truly felt like we were guests in a friend’s home. The bedroom separation was great for our specific needs. The grandkids had their room and their parents all on the second floor. We took the master. My daughter and her boyfriend had the front room. My husband loved the outdoor shower. The kids liked the hot tub and the little loft area. The climbing wall and toys in the laundry room are genius. As for Corolla, I’m no beach expert but other than the traffic getting here I think it’s the nicest beach I’ve been to. The dining is great. Each meal surpassed the previous one. We really liked that it feels “not commercial”. No spring break vibes. Very family oriented.

Hollanday is a great family house in Corolla! Kitchen is well stocked! Very kid friendly property! Short walk to the beach & pool. We had 6 adults and 4 kids and fit really well. Would definitely stay here again!

Wonderful stay in the Outer Banks
My family and I typically take a vacation to the Outer Banks once every 3 years. We have a big family (6) and 2 dogs, so where we stay is important to accommodate us. We were really happy with the house, really clean, great amenities, and you can tell the owner put a lot of work into making the house a great experience. Thank you, it helped make for a wonderful trip and we look forward to the next time!

Between the rapid and thoughtful response of our host, his solid recommendations, and the coziness of the home…5 STARS! The weather didn’t cooperate, and unanticipated work stuff kept me in mtgs, but the home made up for it. We grilled, talked, soaked in the jacuzzi did the beach for sun up, and enjoyed the sound for sunsets. Easy, breezy…a memorable week thanks to our awesome host.

Great get-away
We spend a long Labor day weekend in Corrolla and had a wonderful time. The house is great, clean, etc. Close to the beaches. The owner is very friendly, and accessible. We'd rent the house again.
