Brand New Vacation Villa - Where convenience meets privacy in the heart of Corolla, NC. Just a short walk to the beach, the sound, restaurants, entertainment and so much more! Relax and enjoy resort style amenities while experiencing the solace of a private home.

Our villa is inspired by grandparents with roots going back to Sealevel, NC (Carteret County). On your visit we hope you will find in Corolla the beauty and marvel for North Carolina's coast that they passed along.

The first level offers a spacious floor plan with access to a private patio offering an outdoor shower and grill.

The well-equipped kitchen is stocked with cook and dinnerware, Keurig and drip coffee makers, as well as a wine refrigerator. The 8-foot island provides ample seating for gathering to share a meal or play a game. The kitchen opens up to a more formal dining area and living room containing a large pull-out queen sleeper sofa for additional sleeping options. Also, a half bath is on the first level.

Upstairs you will find a Master suite, including a private outdoor balcony to enjoy a late-night drink under the stars, or a cup of coffee to watch the sunrise. The attached private bath boasts a large walk-in shower, a large vanity, and toilet.

The second and third bedrooms offer king and queen beds with adjoining jack-n-jill style bathroom featuring a tub with shower, large vanity, and toilet.

Conveniently located on the second floor, is a laundry room for your use during your stay. There's also a pack-n-play for infants.

To make your check-in easy, we provide a starter kit of supplies to get your stay started. All linens, bath towels, and beach towels are provided as well.

The community boasts a huge pool with several cabanas available for rent during your stay. A brand-new clubhouse with gym, pickleball court, and Mexican style taco shack are all coming this 2024 season!
