You'll love this vacation home in the family friendly resort community of Corolla Light. Located close to the indoor sports center, Soundfront walking trails, tennis and pickle ball courts and just a short trolley ride to the oceanfront (seasonal).

Ground Level: Inside you will find a Rec Room with 2 arcade games, flat-screen TV, game table seating 4, full size-refrigerator and pool deck access. Full hall/cabana bathroom with free standing icemaker and pool deck access, Bedroom with 2 DuoBunks and a flat-screen TV.

Mid Level: King Master Bedroom with a flat-screen TV, electric fireplace, private bathroom and private deck access. 2 Queen Master Bedrooms each with with a flat-screen TV, electric fireplace, private bathroom and deck access, full hall bathroom, and laundry area with washer and dryer. Half bath between levels.

This was a wonderful home. The location was fantastic and the house was well appointed and very comfortable. The pool and spa was amazing and there was great seating on the decks. Bringing our dogs was a plus and the yard was perfect for them.

The house looks nice, was clean and in a great location. The fenced in backyard was nice to have as well. The property management group was responsive but not always helpful.

Great Vacation @ How Sweet the Sound - OBX

Our family spend Spring Break 2024 @ How Sweet The Sound in OBX & had a wonderful time, the house was great & we made lasting memories. We'd definitely recommend if you looking for a sound-side house in Corolla.

Beautiful, relaxing rental

Location was close enough to everything but far enough away to be one of the most relaxing vacations ever! Home was updated and had everything we needed! This was our first vacation with our pet and having the fenced in backyard was such a plus! We would definitely recommend this to anyone, and we will look this property up for years to come!

How sweet the sound review

The property was in a nice, convenient location, was quiet and peaceful. There were however issues. The pool was stained, not real clean, not appealing. We didn't really use. The hot tub was nice and well used by us. The dishwasher didn't clean well or dry the dishes, and I rinse dishes very well before loading a dishwasher. The dryer squeaked and was noisy while running and took a very long time to dry. The upstairs refrigerator was not very cold even on the coldest setting. The downstairs refrigerator froze the food. The carpets throughout the house were stained and dirty. I realize its the end of the season, but a clean house should be expected no matter when the house is rented. I'm reporting these items, because maybe others haven't, and these are things the homeowner can take a look at and fix for the next renter. Overall, though, we had an enjoyable stay in Corolla light.
