Modern Home w/ Rooftop Deck - Walk to Bay, Ferry, Restaurants and Shops

Find vacation nirvana in this modern three-story, end-unit townhome in charming Coronado Village. This spacious home has 3 bedrooms, 2.5 baths in 2,200 square feet of light-filled, luxe space. The interior decor is fresh and simple. Amenities include hardwood floors, soaring ceilings, and a fully-equipped, gourmet kitchen with stainless steel appliances. The large dining table seats 8. The three bedrooms sleep 8 and each room has a smart TV. There is a 55-inch cable TV in the living room.

Outside, enjoy the private rooftop deck with stunning views of San Diego Bay and the city skyline. The deck features a gas grill, large umbrella and furniture that seats 10+. Challenge your friends to a game of corn-hole on the deck while your burgers are cooking on the BBQ, or enjoy a cocktail while you lounge in the sun. Parking is easy and secure in the attached two-car garage which accommodates one large SUV or two small cars.

The main attraction is the home’s prime village location. Walk to everything! The home is ideally located on the bay side of the island across the street from Centennial Park and one block to the Ferry Landing, restaurants and bayside shops. Jump on the ferry for a scenic 10-minute ride across the bay to take in downtown San Diego, the USS Midway Museum, Little Italy and Gaslamp District. Or walk to one of the nearby bay beaches, the perfect place for the kids to build that cool sandcastle. Don't forget to bring the beach towels and chairs, sand toys and boogie boards which are all provided for you.

Just around the corner you can enjoy favorite local restaurants including Coronado Brewing Company, Saiko Sushi, Nikki Rottens, and the French cafĂ©, Tartine (good coffee drinks!) or you can pick up shrimp for the BBQ and a good bottle of wine right across the street at Boney’s Bayside Market/Deli.

It’s just a 15 minute walk or a short bike ride to the world-famous hotel Del Coronado and Coronado Beach, voted one of the top10 beaches in the US, 
.four beach cruisers and helmets are provided to make it easy to get around the island like a local.

Family gathering

Five of us coming from three different midwestern cities. The location of the rental was great. It’s on the bay side of the island and within walking distance to the Village, restaurants, grocery store, brewery, as well as a variety of cute shops. The manager provided bikes and we rode over to the more touristy side to see the beautiful Silver Strand beach. Ubered to San Diego twice and once took the ferry. The house is very clean and very well supplied; lotsof thoughtful incidentals. Three levels including the rooftop patio. Plenty of space for the five of us to hang out together.

Townhouse was as described, appreciated the cleanliness as I've stayed at several rentals that are not, nice linens, amenities of spices and coffee, garage availability and bikes tho we did not use as this trip was for a Navy SEAL graduation and we were busy for events which this location was great for. Despite the downpour of rain during our stay, the upper deck would be a wonderful reprieve to relax on. Restaurants and small market within walking distance.

Beautiful location - lovely home

We stayed here for a sibling reunion, everyone coming from different states. The place was beautiful and accommodated all 6 of us beautifully. We walked to restaurants, rode the bikes around the island and took the Ferry across. The only issue we had was with the bugs. We had to spray several times but found out later that these are prominent this time of the year for everyone on the island. Would recommend this lovely home on Coronado.

Everything You Need to Enjoy the Island

The home had everything we needed to cook breakfast, lunch and dinner. Having 4 bikes was perfect for us to get around the island. The home is clean, and the beds and pillows are comfortable! It was really great being so close to the bay, park and restaurants. The only downside is there isn't much of a view and it borders a power substation.

Paradise on Coronado!

This a beautiful house that is perfectly located walking distance from everything on Coronado. As described and the photographs are accurate. Extremely cleaned and well maintained with everything you may need and more. One of the best VRBO we have stayed at and we will definitely come back. Owner/management was very useful and flexible.

Beautiful Condo in Coronado!

Our family enjoyed our time at this beautiful condo in Coronado! The accommodations were gorgeous, comfortable, with lots of room for our family. We loved the fact that you could walk around the corner to a variety of restaurants, a grocery store, and across the street from walking paths that border the bay side of the island.

The house was amazing. The host, Brad, responded immediately when we did have one question. The location was perfect. The beds were comfortable. Everything was well stocked including beach towels, towels and extra bedding, coffee, toilet paper and paper towels. They had bikes and items for the beach. The garage was spacious. It was beautiful and very clean. We thoroughly enjoyed our time there.
