A Peace of Paradise is a new, second-floor condo located in the back of the complex, across from the shared pool/hot tub area. This home has a back stairwell entry. Catch glimpses of ships on the back balcony as they move through the channel. This home is decorated in bright, captivating, treasures with a coastal theme carried throughout. Gather in the open living room with ample seating for guests such as a plush sofa, matching armchair/ ottoman, and a teardrop chair while watching TV with cable and WIFI. The modern kitchen is perfect for practicing your culinary skills with new stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, a farmhouse sink, a pantry, a Flex brew coffee maker, dishes, basic pots, pans, and utensils. Savor your meals at the wooden high-top dining table with seating for four. There is additional seating for two with comfortable high-back stools at the adjacent bar. The guest bedroom (BR1) can be partitioned off with a wide, unique sliding door to rest on the Queen bed or watch TV. The master bedroom (BR2) has a Queen-sized bed, nightstands, chest, closet and TV. The master also has private access to the shared bathroom with a sliding door. This bathroom contains double vanities with granite countertops which are separate from the stand-alone tiled shower with a glass door. For your convenience, the washer and dryer are tucked neatly in a closet in this bathroom which can be accessed by both the living room and the master bedroom. The Marina, Roberts Park, and the Ferry are within walking distance to fish or watch the dolphins. Shops, nightlife, and restaurants are 0.5 miles away and it is a quick 1.3 miles to the beach.

Plaze family vaca 2023

My wife and I brought our family here for a weekend of fun and sun. The rental was exactly as described, clean cute and well maintained. I didn’t get the value I thought I would from the add on beach umbrellas, but I believe they were a separate company. Would recommend and will return.

Girls Trip

3 of us who enjoy the beach book a Girl's Trip in PA yearly. We’ve stayed at many different places. This one felt more like a home which we loved. Unfortunately we couldn’t see the marina but could here the horns from the ships which was nice. I went in a day early and they were more than accommodating. Great Trip!

Summer vacation

This is a quick summary, It was NOT clean, I couldn’t get someone to reply or answer questions. I went to the store and purchased my own cleaner and cleaned our condo. In the 3rd day, we are having fun and settled in, the management company called and another person messaged me several times. It was ridiculous that it took 3
. Days and I didn’t want to talk to them at this point. I already did what they needed to take care of before I even arrived. I have more than 2 dozen pics of the way the condo was soon upon arrival. I was very disappointed.

Easter Beach Trip

We had a fun relaxing trip. The property was cozy and comfortable. The condo was clean and had everything we needed. The only thing that we had issue was the fan in the master bedroom. It did not work. Also there were a guest down below that had a big dog and they did not pick up their dogs poop. It was all over the grass and sidewalk. A sign up would be nice to let all patrons to pick up.

Fun week at the beach

Had a great time at this rental - very cute decor and excellent location. Downside: property was not very well cleaned upon arrival, seems as though the floors had not been vacuumed as there was dog hair everywhere, including the couches. Dirty and greasy dishes in the kitchen cabinets, had clearly not been put in the dishwasher. The couch broke on our first night but the property owner had it fixed the same day. All in all very cute stay for a beach vacation, but cleanliness leaves much to be desired.
