Jack's Spot MIBC116 is now available for your next vacation to Port Aransas. Elevated on stilts, it offers ample parking space underneath. Ascend the stairs to find a spacious, inviting single-level living area with a flat-screen TV—perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. You will have a fully equipped kitchen and dining area. Situated in a lovely location with a boardwalk to the beach, fish cleaning station, heated community pool and hot tub. Pets are allowed, with additional fees, please see below. No golf carts allowed. Boats and trailers are NOT allowed. Please be aware there are external cameras. STR# 270346

BEDROOM CONFIGURATION
- Primary Bedroom: King bed, TV, and door to deck

- A 2-3 night minimum stay is required.
- Contracting guests must be at least 25 old, have a valid State Driver’s License or other acceptable ID, and present throughout the entire stay
- This is a PET-FRIENDLY RENTAL. Pet fees are an additional $20.00+tax, per pet, per night. A maximum of 3 pets is allowed. Additionally, a pet-cleaning fee is also charged, which is $50 for stays of 7 days or less, $75 for stays of 8-29 days, and $100 for stays of 30 or more days.

Just a few nitpicks about the condo. Shower curtain and master bath did not reach far enough down. The other bathrooms shower door would not close all the way. Living room area had some gaps in the laminate flooring. Not the fault of a condo area but whoever's maintaining the grounds is not cut back the tall grasses that have stickers in them It looks like they haven't been cut in about 2 months. As a result our dog would get stickers with every walk no matter where he was walked. There's a service road that takes you to the boardwalk to get to the beach It's much more convenient than a lot of other places. The property is kind of midpoint between the center of Port Aransas and the island area of Corpus Christi. So restaurants are anywhere from 4 minutes away to the closest resort or 12 minutes away to more urbanized areas. Check in was convenient and service check out. One assignedcovered parking spot for each condo. We would stay here again.

Needs some TLC but great location

This property is in a great location. Great private entrance to the beach and far enough that the beach was never crowded. The unit was very spacious and our family of 4 with two dogs were very comfortable. The dogs loved the big patio. Beds were very comfortable and the unit stayed nice and cool. Now for the negative. This unit is in need of some major TLC. It’s very outdated. The floor transition in the bathroom was falling apart, the sink countertop is pulling away from the wall. The doors all have a hard time filling shutting. The oven door scratched the dishwasher because it’s so close. The dishwasher also didn’t work. It desperately needs new cookie sheets and pots for the kitchen. The freezer door gets caught on the wall. It smelled of animals
so bad that I went and bought a candle to try and help. The patio furniture was dirty and the rug was folded up outside. All in all it was fine for 3 nights but I wouldn’t book here again. It has a lot of potential if it would just receive some TLC and updates.

The condo was perfect for our stay with our kids! Fully stocked with anything we needed to stay!

The property was great for our family and what we were looking for! Staff were kind and great help, the condo was set up super cute and the pool was clean and not too crowded. The check in was a little messy didn’t get any info until we reached out and couldn’t check in until after check in time as the cleaners were swamped she did a great job but some things were overlooked as far as sweeping under tables and chairs etc as she was rushed, not her fault. They thought of almost everything except for extra bedding for the pull outs in the living room. So that kind of sucked having to buy that but we also could have come more prepared. We would rent it again next time

Price was okay for the space, place was not 100% clean, they left a used soap bar with a hair in one of the showers. Some dishes were dirty in the cabinets. bed was comfortable, place was ok for short getaway but the walk to the beach was a bit long and inconvenient if you have kids

Never again

It's an old facility in need of a major renovation. The condo we stayed in had clean sheets and towels and comfortable beds. However, the floors were dirty, there were roaches in the bedrooms, and the dishwasher was filled with water. The kitchen cabinets were cheap and ugly. The laminate floor had exposed seams that could harm small children. The pool area was clean, but tiles were missing around the pool. The hot tub works well. Our assigned parking space was difficult to park in. I had to drive in reverse from the parking entrance to our parking space at the opposite end of the parking area. It was a long walk from the condo to the beach along a dirt road and an old wooden boardwalk. There was no step at the end, so you had to jump down to the sand. It was more difficult to climb back up to leave the beach. We made the best of it. Overall, I would not recommend staying at this place.

Jack's condo was spacious and a wonderful location to get away from the spring break partiers. While this condo is close to the road (you hear the traffic at night), the walk to the beach is not too far and you can easily drive up to the boardwalk and park your car on the private drive. A few issues brought the rating down for us as the apartment has some wear and tear to it. Some blinds are broken, kitchen supplies are old and scratched up, dishwasher was broken, sink in master bath trickles very slowly, and there are a number of outlets that don't work (even after maintenance tried resetting the circuit). Also, the pool and hot tub are functional and clean but the fountain is broken which is not very aesthetically nice. That being said, our family appreciated the lower rate, family friendly space with full kitchen, and proximity to the beach.
