We were looking for a place we could relax. This house was perfect, nice quiet neighborhood, friendly next door neighbor. 2 bathrooms are an added bonus!

Found the property in a nice neighborhood with friendly neighbors and stores and restaurants within walking distance. The house was cute and clean exactly how it looks in the pictures. Overall it was a great place to stay, and I would definitely recommend this rental.

Great weekend getaway.

We go to Rockport every year for the 4th of July and the Art Show. The bungalow was clean and very close to the State Park where the Art Show takes place. The property manager was very helpful and communicative. We would stay here again.

Beautiful days!

Enjoyed this sweet homey cottage for our anniversary trip. Very comfortable beds and nice step-in shower. Close to restaurants and HEB. Friendly neighbors, and the weather was perfect!

Perfect, just as described.

This property is just as described on the listing. We are a family of 4 with our small dog and it was so comfortable for our month long stay. The location is perfect for Rockport beaches as well as quick access to the beach at Port Aransas. The park across from the house is immaculately kept and is a real plus for kids or waling your pet. The neighbors are super friendly and the house is well kept and super clean! Will definitely look to book again!

cute house that's close to a park

The home was cute and in a great location for my family and I to enjoy the beach, fishing, and the park that's nearby. The neighbors were nice and it was a relaxing place to stay. The host even provided complimentary snacks which was super sweet. The wifi worked, I'm not sure if the cable worked though as my kids brought their switch and wanted to play that when we had down time. There were ants but as we've stayed in the area before, that's more so a problem with the area than the host. I would recommend staying here and will probably book this location in the future when we come to Rockport again.

Very nice property

Enjoyed our long weekend here. Loved that there was a hose outside so we didnt have to track in sand! Plus, the owner was wonderful to leave us coffee..we had brought pods bit the coffeemaker was for grounds. So many thoughtful touches here. Very quiet and relaxed neighborhood. Our small dogs loved the park across the way. Comminication with the owner was impossible because Google disallows messages from the VRBO app! The only wee thing was a problem getting the keys from the lockbox. Otherwise...great place!

Perfect for a small group

The house was clean, and as described on the listing. Right across the street from a park, and we were able to use to the grill. There was 4 of us staying here and each room (2 bedroom) had its own restroom which I thought was a huge plus. Will definitely stay here again.

Great Stay in Rockport!

We just spent a week at Tommy's rental and had an amazing time. The location is perfect for a (very) short car ride to the beach and all of the "touristy" shopping; yet the neighborhood is quiet and friendly and had a very family feel. My youngest loved playing at the park across the street and my middle child enjoyed hanging out on the front porch a lot. My youngest even asked if we could stay there forever - so you know that's a win! Highly recommend this vacation home.

The Terrific Cozy Cottage

A really great place for a small family or two couples for a weekend get away. Ideal location for sightseeing, shopping or fishing trips. Exceptionally clean, recently refurbished and all of the comforts of home.
