This exclusive accommodation offers combinations of modern opulence and coastal charm, featuring spacious living, premium amenities, and a private patio overlooking the Gulf of Mexico. Immerse yourself in the serenity of island life, where every sunrise and sunset is a masterpiece, and every moment is a memory waiting to be made.

Chief's Penthouse & Patio is a three bedroom, two bath beach front penthouse condominium and a unique and sought after vacation rental at The Mayan Princess. The spacious single level floor plan (1709 sq/ft) features upgraded finishing touches, such as, new stainless steel appliance package, full sized washer and dryer, upgraded kitchen cabinets, granite countertops, and new flooring throughout the property. Another unique feature to Chief's Penthouse & Patio is the large private patio deck to enjoy our beautiful Gulf Coast sunrises, sunsets, and ocean views. There are two tables on the patio which will accommodate 8 guests. The large kitchen has plenty of cabinet space and a food pantry, breakfast bar with stools, while the dining table will seat eight. The living room features balcony views of the Gulf of Mexico and tropical pools, queen size sleeper sofa, 75” HDTV flat screen, Sonos surround sound and music system. The third bedroom is equipped with two twin beds and a 40” TV. The second bedroom has a queen size bed and a 40” flat panel TV. The master bedroom includes a king size bed, walk in shower, 55” television, a large walk in closet, and ocean views.

Amazing condo!

It was an AMAZING condo!! Very comfortable, and amazing views with all the windows! We loved the view of the beach and walking down to the beach was amazing! Since you are in the middle of the island the beach wasn't crowded at all, only downside is many cars drive on the beach so watch your little ones. Another downfall was the commute to stores and restaurants could take you 45+ minutes round trip. I would recommend buying everything before you get here. The condo we had didn't have great pans to cook on so buy a couple at the store before you arrive as well. Other then that it was a great stay and we would love to visit again!

Missing secure WiFi

Great overall experience. Description was accurate. Easy check in. Just a few things we hope the new property management can address: -No secure WiFi offered. Open Spectrum WiFi only-like a hotel. With hotel-like security concerns. We could see the secure network for the unit when searching for service-why not offer that? -Awful, awful dishwasher. Smelled terrible, very stained, did not dry dishes. Looks like the original that survived Harvey? -7 minute (timed it) wait for hot water to get to master bedroom. Just a minute or so less for the kitchen. Second bathroom’s shower couldn’t regulate the very hot water to get a comfortable temp. Overall our family had a good time and enjoyed being here. If management can keep the property maintained it would be a very good place to stay.

It was absolute Heaven!

This was our 6th year coming to the Mayan Princess, and our first year in this condo...which was absolutely beautifully decorated and updated. We were not disappointed in anything and we will be staying here again next year. It was a pleasure to be their "company".

Better than the pictures!!

We’ve stayed a lot of places on the island but this condo was the best by far! Everything was as represented, check-in was a breeze and we had a fabulous time. First time seeing some family members since Covid. Thank you so much for having us! We will be back!
