Welcome to Jameson's Beach Bungalow! This newly decorated home is ready for your family and friends to make your next Port Aransas beach trip packed full of memories! Jameson's Beach Bungalow is a 2 bedroom & 1 bath unit located just few blocks from the beach and minutes from restaurants, shops, pier and jetty fishing. It features state of the art kitchen appliances and an outdoor entertaining area that checks all the boxes: ping pong table, smart TV, lounge chairs, charcoal grill and a picnic table.

The open living area provides ample seating with a modern sofa, plush pillows, a flat-screen TV, cable and Wi-Fi. The dining area has a table with seating for five, great for enjoying meals or a game of cards. The kitchen is well stocked with everything needed to cook your favorite meal! From the KitchenAid stand mixer to bake your favorite birthday cake, to the instant pot for the most delicious dinners, or the toaster oven to quickly bake some warm cookies. The kitchen is state of the art with brand new appliances that will surely not disappoint and make this trip a highlight.
Down the hall you will find the full-over-full bed bunk room to your left, the bathroom across the way and straight back the plush king-size room. Both rooms offer a flat-screen TV, relax and enjoy your favorite show after a long beach filled day. The bathroom features a large walk-in shower with a sliding glass enclosure. Also located near hallway is the full size W/D closet.

Fantastic all around

This property is located right in the mix of all things Port Aransas. It is beautifully decorated, has all of the kitchen appliances, cookware, dishes and other items you may need and then some. Lower-level provides covered parking for 1 plus cool amenities to make hanging outside as cool as the inside. Manager was responsive and supportive of my needs. Easily parks 3. *Note that managers require a separate contract, aside from VRBO with their host management company, but there's nothing unreasonable.

Week stay

This place was great. All the appliances and things in it or of the highest quality. One thing that’s really nice about this location is that unlike the other units in the same group of houses this one has a ping-pong table as well as an hour space with a television downstairs, the only negative to it is that it is on 11th St. looking over the street and could be a little loud but got used to it very quickly and really wasn’t a problem as traffic dies down around 10 o’clock

Perfect stay

This location was perfect! It is a quick 9 minute walk to the beach. There is a pool right next to it and a cute patio downstairs. It has all the essentials and the beds are so comfortable.
