The home is in excellent condition and decorated nicely. The rooms are spacious and the backyard is adorable. Everything worked perfectly. The hosts are so sweet and left us a pumpkin pie that was delicious! The beach is walking distance or there is public parking about a block away. The pool is heated and clean. We had a blast and definitely recommend this place!

Perfect space

Property was an ideal vacation rental. Great layout, plenty of room, all the beds and cooking supplies we needed. Communication was excellent, wifi easy to access. We didn’t bring our dogs but it would have been great for them too. Highly recommend.

We had a great time over all. If there were 1 area that needed improvement it would be the summery of the quoted price. Particularly in the pet department. This place is animal friendly like they advertise in bold letters. They ask how many pets, what weight they are ect. Then quote the total price of which you find out 1 day before arrival that the additional pet fee was not included in the quoted price and is now extra. For this shady sneak we will not be back.

The location is wonderful very close to the beach, but the actual property needs updating. Examples pool area: three of the four lights on the tables do not work, actual pool gunite is old and stained needs resurfacing, water chairs are very old and badly stained. Condo: you can tell the place had been cleaned, but still had an old worn out feel to it. Lot of the baseboards are needing replaced, cabinet doors do not shut. Stove door almost falls off. Dishwasher is on its last leg. Mattresses were good shape, but bedding seems cheap - far from luxury. Place is very crammed and crowded also, Again everything in the place just seems worn out and needing updated. Disappointing.

Clean Property, but Untrustworthy Employees

As I selected on the categories, the condo/townhome was clean however we had a poor experience on 2 fronts. 1) A family member in our party had gifts sent via Amazon to the townhome-we got an Amazon notification that the box had been delivered with a photo of the box on the front porch steps of the condo. We let the property manager know and they let us know throughout the day that they never found the box but that they came by at least 3 times to check (we did send them the photo). The neighbor had a Ring doorbell pointing toward our door and sent us the footage where you can see Amazon leave the package ~10am, about 15 minutes later an SUV pulls up (unfortunately blocking the door view), the SUV stays at the home for 30 minutes (cannot see on the other side of the SUV), then they leave-and the package is no longer on the front porch. Our condo inspection notice shows they inspector came to the condo on that same day.We watched all video footage from the day from package drop off by Amazon until our family arrived and that SUV was THE ONLY CAR that came through the parking lot that day. We sent the video to the mgmt company who said they couldn't help (fair enough-however we also know they lied about coming by 3 times to check on the package). Also, a couple rang our doorbell that night looking for a bag of items they left on a previous stay that the mgmt company 'never found'-we also didn't find them. So it seems items are going missing routinely from this location.

Great time had by all

This property is excellent for large families. There is plenty of room for adults and kids. There is plenty of silverware and dishes. Pots and pans are fine, but serving dishes were scarce. The 5 minute walk to the beach was manageable with the children in tow. Very clean when we arrived and comfortable for everyone. If we are in Corpus Christi again, we will stay there.
