This modern home is a 2 bedroom 2 bathroom located in the central city area of Corpus Christi and we can accommodate up to 6 guests and this unit is pet friendly with pet fees required of $120/stay per pet --- see Presana Homes Pet Policy in Notes. Here, you’re close to everywhere you want to be in the Sparkling City by the Sea! The Corpus Christi Bay with its broad beaches, miles of walking along the sea wall, food trucks, and scooters; the lively downtown with great restaurants and fun pubs; and short drives to lots more fun stuff from the USS Lexington to the Texas State Aquarium, Padre Island, the National Seashore, and so much more. Spohn Hospital, the American Bank Center, HEB grocery, and Del Mar College are close by too.

This home is Unit 1 of a duplex. If the dates you want are not available, please ask about our Unit 2, which is virtually identical and just as wonderful. If you have a larger party, you could also consider booking both units so you can stay near to your friends and family.

This home features two spacious bedrooms, each furnished with comfortable queen-sized beds. The contemporary decor and ample natural light create a serene space for restful sleep. Both rooms include plenty of storage and closet space, perfect for long or short stays.

Friendly Heads-Up About Extended Stays & Pet Fees 🐾✨

We love hosting longer stays and furry companions! Just a quick heads-up to keep everything transparent and comfy for everyone:

🧼 Mid-Stay Cleaning:
For stays over 7 nights, we require a mid-stay cleaning to help keep the space fresh. This is the same as the regular cleaning fee and will be collected after booking via the Airbnb Resolution Center.

🐶 Pet Fee:
Bringing pets? There's a $120/stay per pet fee. Please ensure all pets are added to your reservation.

Since Airbnb doesn’t allow these to be included in the nightly rate or built-in fees, we’ll send any necessary requests through the “Change Reservation” tool after booking.

This property is a duplex and you are booking Unit # 1 of 2 units. Parking lot is shared between both units, but the back seating areas are private, with each unit fenced off from the other. Each bedroom is equipped with a smart TV.

PET POLICY FOR PRESANA HOMES
- $120/stay pet fee per pet to be paid prior to your stay via Airbnb resolution request - if not paid within 1 hour of booking - your stay will be cancelled
- Maximum of either 1 large animal 50-75 lbs or two small animals under 40 lbs
- All pets must be kenneled and house trained
- All pets must be leashed at all times if outside the home (unless in fenced in back yard)
- All pet waste must be bagged and properly disposed of in our garbage receptacles outside of the home
- All pets must be kept off all furniture, bedding and off sheets and blankets or a minimum cleaning fee of $100 will be assessed
- All guests assume responsibility for any damages or injury caused by their animals
- Emotional support animals are not exempt from this pet policy & pet fees must be paid

To help you settle in, we provide a starter pack of essentials including trash bags, dishwashing pods, toilet paper, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, coffee, creamer, and sugar. Please note that these items are intended to get you started — any additional supplies beyond the starter pack are the guest’s responsibility unless your stay is 14 days or longer, in which case we may offer a mid-stay replenishment.
