Channelview CV216 is a fabulous upscale condo on the 3rd floor with elevator access! Enjoy fishing from the private pier or walk to many of the fine restaurants or bars Port Aransas has to offer. This spacious 2 bedroom 2 bath condo offers everything you will need for the perfect vacation. The first bedroom offers a king bed. The second bedroom offers a king bed, with a twin over twin bunk bed. After a long day at the beach relax in the huge community pool or sit and have a cocktail while watching the boats pass through the channel. Parking for 1 with required parking permit. No pets allowed. Boat parking available, for an additional $20 per night plus tax. Please request when booking.

Best Condo in Port A

We have stayed at many different locations in Port A and this location and unit is at the top of our list. Excellent condo. Beds are extremely comfortable, all was very clean, parking is in the shade, and the ease of pool and pier use made it all well worth it. We will be back, loved it!

Great condo with nice grounds and access to a fishing pier. The pool was chilled rather than heated due to extreme heat this summer. Kitchen is well-appointed with great utensils, pots, pans, and dishes. Coffee drinkers should be prepared that it had a small coffee pot rather than a full-size, so you'll need to make a couple of pots if you have more than one cup or more than 2 coffee drinkers in your party. Also bring extra filters. Dish soap and laundry soap were provided as were basic toiletries. Will definitely choose again!

Great condo- perfect location

Great condo - very basic & clean. Previous reviews made it sound like basic necessities like towels, TP, soap, etc. are not included so we brought our own only to find plenty in the condo. The pier is great but the blinding white lites on top ruin it for fishing & star gazing. Check in is at 4 pm so mgmt starts calling at 4;20 to make sure you are there by 5 - not much of a window considering a long drive & ferry line. Overall, love the place & will go back.

Best for fishing but missing some essentials

I've been coming to Channelview for five years since before hurricane Irma. The pier is great (although they need to drill holes for rod holders). Our room was not as advertised; it was supposed to have three beds but instead had two king size. Not the end of the world but for my two teenagers, sharing a bed it was not ideal and caused some problems. Aside from that there was not enough towels for us and no laundry detergent or counter spray. Our room was clean but there was a dead roach on the floor and some dust or crumbs on our sheets the first night; that was not fun to find either.
