Brucie`s Bungalow- MD145 This Mariner`s Drive home is in pristine condition and offers a quiet diversion from the crowds and traffic on Mustang Island, but is close enough to enjoy all the great beaches, restaurants and entertainment amenities! A short walk down the road is a private boardwalk that takes you straight to the gorgeous sand beach. This home is new to the rental market and with its quality it will be sure to rent very quickly! The home offers great outdoor spaces, including an exterior open air room with a large sitting area and big screen tv for watching your favorite shows while listening to the ocean roll in. There is also ample space around the home to relax and play in the yard. The multiple driveways offer off street parking with room for trailers or campers. When arriving at the home you are greeted by the large exterior staircase which takes you to the second level of the home where all three bedrooms and two bathrooms are offered. There are two queen bedrooms and one master suite with a full walk-in closet and private bathroom. Don`t like the stairs? No problem, the home can be entered on the first level, where there is a multi-person elevator that will get you to all levels of the home. This is a unique offering for the home and is great for people that cannot manage the stairways. The 3rd floor has an open concept with ample living space to relax or spend time with guests. There is an eat-in kitchen with full maple cabinetry and granite countertops. The large living room has multiple sitting areas and a wood fireplace. Walk out the door from the living room and experience the huge wrap-around deck with views of the ocean as well as the bay side of the island. The third floor also has a large tv room with a full bar area and another full bathroom. There is also an exterior deck just outside the bar area for a relaxing drink while taking in the ocean view. The first level of the home offers a full laundry and a half bathroom for your convenience. With the four amazing balconies that wrap this home you are sure to be able to watch amazing sunrises over the ocean and sunsets over the bay every day of your visit. Please note that currently all garages are unavailable for rental use. The elevator is out of order until further notice. We are deeply sorry for this inconvenience. This House Includes...
