This was a very comfortable place to stay. Beds were super comfortable,close proximity to everything. Beach is just a short walk over the dunes. Pool was cool and clean. The grounds were very well maintained. We will definitely stay here again.

Overall the place was great. The pool area was a little dirty, but we didn't really spend any time there, Would definitely come back.

Cute condo. We enjoyed the beach and pool. Having toys for the kids was a nice surprise. Well stocked kitchen except for no hot pads.

Not perfect, but close!

This property was located conveniently within walking distance from the beach. There was a great view from the balcony. The pool was spectacular, and the two sport courts were fabulous for my 11 year-old that loves basketball. It's an older property, but it has been maintained to to feel new inside the condo. We had a few minor maintenance issues that were resolved quickly. Highly recommend!

Quick Get Away

We had a great time. The place was close to the beach. A quick way down the path and you were there. The place was very clean and stock with soaps and towels. The kitchen was necessities. there is a local IGA store for supplies. We went to visit some friends. You can see the waves from the balcony which is nice but that means you have to walk stairs to the place.

Ok, but not what we expected

This isn’t an ocean view. You can sort of see the ocean if you stand on the balcony and crane your neck to the right. The kitchen wasn’t clean. There was no parking pass and we were told to park 2.3 miles away and walk. Just not a great experience.

No Packet

When we arrived We had No white Packet(No pool Bands,No Parking Pass,ETC.) like the other Guest.It was a Nice area and a Great Location & Melissa(Property Manager) did respond Promptly & Help with the TV Remotes & Cable Connection.We did have a Great stay & thouroughly enjoyed the Pool & Grill.There were a few Bug Problems(Waterbug & Roach,but once I killed them we didn't see anymore the rest of our stay.

The Perfect Get Away!

We wanted to take the kids on one last hurrah before they started school and decided to take a long weekend in P.A. We felt very secure with the amount of security there was at the entrance. The front office was definitely on the ball when it came to security and it provided just that little extra peace of mind for me. The complex itself looks a little worn but it's full of amenities and the beach is literally steps away! Our condo was cool and very clean when we walked in. We had the pleasure of having a balcony view of both the pool and the ocean! All the beds were comfortable and clean. The hosts generously provided not only WiFi and a DVD player, but also books, coloring books with crayons, board games, and a bucket full of toys! Our youngest was over the moon! We spent what felt like the shortest long weekend at this wonderful little gem of a home. We will definitely be back!
