Publié le 31 mars 2024 sur HomeAwayOur stay was wonderful. Pool was great! Lots of individual space. Very comfortable place. The location is great. Communication was fantastic. We would definitely recommend or refer this home to any family. You can’t beat the location on the water.

Beautiful Home

My wife and I had our Daugther, Son-in-Law and their 2 boys (5 and 7 yrs). Could have easily have another couple with us. Fishing out the back door. My Son-in-Law and boys were out there every day. The pool was good sized for relaxing. The pool is 4 ft deep. Becareful with young children. Outside of town and in its own little community. Quite!! If we were in the area again, we would definitely stay here again. Owners and Property Manager were great and checkin and responded almost immediately to questions during the stay. We have stayed in several Vrbo's. One of the Best!!!

Quick Fishing Trip
Publié le 8 oct. 2023 sur HomeAwayThis home was so nice, spacious, clean and comfortable. We will be back! We loved being able to park our boat at the dock and walk to dinner at Crab-N. The property manager was attentive and made sure we got checked in okay. I appreciate the added security and ease of use being able to set our own code for the door lock.

Check in process was difficult

I reached out to property manager and it seemed she was annoyed I had to ask a question about location. I needed to ask another question about complicated keyless lock combination. So I took the extra 30 minutes on my own to figure it out so I didn’t have to bother her again. It just seems this place wants to have 100% contactless communication and want you to figure it out on your own. It seems out of touch to charge such a high rate for cleaning when the ask you to do half the cleaning for them
Customer service on all of these properties are just non existent,

Yearly fishing trip
Publié le 16 août 2023 sur HomeAwayOur first night stay we arrived to a dirty condo, no sheets on beds, dirty laundry in closets, and dirty bathrooms that had not been cleaned from previous visitors. We alerted management to the problem and they came over the next day and did a thorough cleaning. They credited us back one night stay and brought over a goody basket also. Over all we had a great time and appreciate the mgmt for their quick response.
