The Aransas Princess is a beach front condo in the heart of Port Aransas Texas on prime beachfront property and offers views from every unit! This stunning building offers a jacuzzi and two swimming pools, tennis courts, and private beach access. An extra bonus is its conveniently located in the golf cart friendly area making it easy to explore downtown!

The Aransas Princess is loaded with amenities to provide you the perfect vacation rental for your trip.

This 1,920 sq. ft. unit is filled with light coming from the three balconies located in the front, side, and rear of the condo. Enjoy the amenities including two swimming pools, a hot tub, and boardwalk access to the beach. Rent a golf cart to adventure around town and visit the local shops and restaurants as well as the beach.

This non-smoking unit features a spacious living area which has two sleeper sofas. The master offers a king size bed, while the second bedroom has a queen size bed. The den area is furnished with a set of twin bunkbeds. This unit comes with one reserved garage parking space, a fully appointed kitchen, and washer and dryer.

Nice resort, had some issues

The check in process once we got to the resort was great but we got a call 2 hours prior to check in telling us the AC was not working in our unit and we could either move to a room half the size or cancel the reservation. Neither Of those options were going to work for our party of eight. I had to suggest an alternative option of staying in the room without AC which they agreed to. We were told that the AC would be fixed the following day and it was not. They eventually did fix it on the 3rd day. In addition, the owner of our unit has not redone any of it since being built in the early 80’s and as a result, the oven is so old, it is somehow stuck and unable to open. The unit was clean but in severe need of major updates! Beds were comfortable and the unit was very spacious. The staff once we arrived were all wonderful and they did offer a small discount on our stay for the issues we encountered. The only other issue is we were told it was a heated pool but the heater wasn’t actually working. The location and view of the beach and ocean were amazing and access was super easy.

Very spacious for our group of 10

Very spacious. Kitchen was adequately stocked. Marble floors were a bit of hazard when coming in wet from the pool. Dishwasher door didn’t close. Older model of oven and microwave cooked unevenly. Very nice to have 3 bathrooms and plenty of closet space.

Great view, easy beach access

Our condo was great!! It was very room, and clean. Our view was amazing, and it was so easy to get to the beach from there. Will definitely look to book this place again when we go back.

None of the floor lamps worked and all were rusted out at the bottom. The balcony flooring could use a little updating. There's a de-humidifier in the kitchen just stuffed into a hole. Looks like a dangerous area for kids. Batteries in tv remote were corroded.
