LIVING AREA

Unwind in the sunny living room, furnished with a sleeper sofa, two armchairs, and a 42” smart TV.

KITCHEN & DINING

Get cooking in the sleek white kitchen, equipped with stainless steel appliances, and a center island with seating for four.

When it’s time to eat, gather at the six-seat dining table.

BED & BATH

This single-level condo sleeps up to six guests between two bedrooms and a full-size sleeper sofa in the living room.

The tranquil master bedroom has a plush king bed, 40” smart TV, walk-in closet, and private balcony with seating for two. The en-suite bathroom is equipped with a double vanity and walk-in shower.

The second bedroom is outfitted with a queen-size bed and a 32” smart TV. A guest bathroom features a tub/shower combination.

OUTDOOR AREA

Enjoy the coastal breeze on a spacious balcony that offers partial Gulf views. Sip tropical drinks and relax on four Adirondack chairs. An additional balcony can be accessed via the master bedroom.

PALMILLA BEACH RESORT AMENITIES

Wristbands are provided to access the incredible resort amenities, including two elegant resort-style pools (unheated and open year-round). Rent a private cabana to experience ultimate poolside luxury. You’ll also enjoy food service and air-conditioned bathrooms across the boardwalk at the groomed private beach! During the summer, poolside cabanas, golf carts, beach chairs, and umbrellas are available to rent via Guest Services.

The newly redesigned Palmilla Beach golf course winds its way throughout the resort community. Carved from untamed dunes along the Gulf, this 9-hole course incorporates the best of true links-style play with ocean breezes, inspired greens, and lush fairways lined with native grasses. And with a variety of tee boxes, the course will fit any player's current game.

For on-site dining, you’ll find REDS Patio Bar, Black Marlin Seaside Grill, and the Agave Poolside Cantina.

Reserved parking is available for one vehicle under the carport. Street parking is also available on a first-come, first-serve basis. Trailers/boats are not permitted on-site; however nearby parking is available.

THINGS TO KNOW
There is currently major construction occurring on new homes in the area. No current homes or amenities will be affected, though construction equipment may be visible and views may be obstructed in some areas. Construction has been scheduled during certain times of the day to minimize noise and potential disturbances to guests. The work is scheduled to conclude in the next year.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). We enjoyed our stay very much. The property was very nice, beds were comfortable, loved having laundry inside the unit. It was quiet, but close enough to town for meals and groceries. We made use of the nearby access road to park on the beach. We greatly enjoyed watching the cargo ships come into and leave from port.

This was by far one of the best places I’ve ever stayed at the gulf coast. The amenities and the location were absolutely beautiful. The pool was outstanding and guest services were so welcoming. I plan on coming back in the future to this wonderful place!

From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed by attentive staff who went above and beyond to make us comfortable-including delivered those much - needed extra pillows to our condo (we always need extra!) The accommodations were immaculate- from the condo itself to landscape grounds. This trip was special for our whole family-my husband, our son, and my 92 yr old mother all loved it. The elevator access made it easy for us to get around without using stairs. The resort truly caters to families, and grateful for the warm hospitality and attention to detail. We’re already talking about coming back!

Overall, unit was very clean, updated and modern. Had everything we needed. Very large porch which was great. Views of golf course were nice. No real ocean views. We did need a beach cart to get to the beach area. The walk would be long to the beach but streets are very cute and easy to get around.

Loved the condo. Beautifully decorated, modern , super clean, the best staff and location great.

Five star but had a problem with no hot water. Staff had to come twice to fix but both times they came within 30mintes.

A MUST STAY!

This Vacasa home has it all! Its location to the beach is great! Checking in was effortless, no complications. The beds were incredibly cozy! And there's plenty of space in the unit for everyone to unwind. The property itself offers fantastic amenities. With a restaurant onsite and a heated pool? Pure bliss! Plus, they offer golf cart rentals, perfect for exploring. And the beach is just a short two minute golf cart ride away. Overall, for a stress-free, comfortable, and convenient retreat, this Vacasa home is the ultimate choice. Will definitely stay her when visiting Port A again!

Great condo!

We really liked this condo. The balcony was a highlight -- even though it's a couple blocks away from the beach, it has a great ocean view that doesn't seem like it will ever be obstructed by new construction. The condo building is really small with only about 4 units, which makes it feel almost like you're staying in a home. We had the condo building to ourselves for the first couple of days and once another family moved into the unit across the hall, we did notice that you could hear a lot of their activity. Overall, not a big deal for us, though -- it didn't keep anyone up at night or anything. We also really enjoyed the pool area at the resort and the staff at guest services was so helpful and accommodating.

Research before choosing your stay.

Leak from washing machine piping to 2nd floor not even a full 24 hours of being there. Ac not work well , came to clean out filters , still not work well , technician did come and helped stabilize the situation , another leak day 4 of our stay from dehumidifier plumbing , and to top it off … gas leak and had zero hot water final night there and no notification until literally hours after the gas company was working on the line. Everything to cook ran on gas. The management was prompt to respond but issues continued avd only offered a cabana at pool which we never wanted or would use. Only that option was provided despite the terrible occurrences that took place during literally our entire stay. Vacasa is nice but this rental cost us from never using Pamilla again.

Vacation blues!!!!

No prior check in instructions, other than the code to the condo door, were given. The condo is on the third floor. The elevator did not open on the first floor. We had took the stairs to the third floor to access the condo, luggage and all. We had a handicapped individual in our party. Guest services did not return phone calls. We had to physically visit guest services to determine why the elevator would not open on the first floor. After physically visiting guest services, we were given a wrist band that would let us access the elevator. (Why weren't these instructions offered prior to check in?) The dishwasher was out of order. The kitchen lacked baking utensils, baking sheets, etc. The bathrooms lacked adequate toilet tissue. I would not recommend Palmilla Beach to anyone. The service is substandard.

So worth it

Everything was amazing. House was perfect size for 4 adults and 2 littles. Would like to see a golf cart rental included in future. Love the community, golf course and beach access. A little difficulty finding correct building at first and guest services was busy to assist. But we found it and enjoyed every second. We will be back.
