The Palmilla Pearl is a stunning 3BR/3.5BA custom home that offers luxury interior design by Susan Castor Collections, private elevator access to all floors, multiple balconies, as well as exceptionally custom-designed bathrooms and personalized amenities. This is only one of four homes in the Palmilla Community that overlooks the pool and has beach views.

When you're not enjoying incredible views of both the golf course and the Gulf, take a refreshing dip in the shared pool, or spend fun-filled days at the reserved beach area. The newly redesigned Palmilla Beach golf course incorporates the best of true links-style play, winding its way through the resort.

Inside, relax in the second-floor living area, which offers a comfy queen-size sleeper sofa and a 65” TV with cable, Roku, and Sonos sound system. Turn on the Sonos speakers, installed in every room and balcony, to enjoy your favorite tunes. Whip up tasty meals in the superior equipped kitchen, appointed with stainless steel appliances and ample counter space. When meals are ready, there is a formal dining area, space at the kitchen island, and a bistro table. Additional amenities include complimentary WiFi, private elevator access to all floors, and a washer/dryer.

This luxe three-story home will sleep everyone comfortably between the three bedrooms and a sleeper sofa in the living room. Each bathroom offers premium bath amenities outfitted with the Palmilla Pearl logo. The tranquil top-floor main bedroom has a king bed, 60” TV, and private balcony access. The sleek en-suite bathroom has a double vanity and walk-in shower. Two first-floor guest rooms each offer a queen bed, and 40” TV, and an en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower. An additional half bath is located on the second floor.

Visit the Guest Services pavilion at Palmilla to receive VIP wristbands that allow access to resort amenities. Enjoy access to incredible amenities, including two elegant resort-style pools that are heated during our winter season. A designated area at the beach with food services and air-conditioned bathrooms. During the summer, poolside cabanas, golf carts, beach chairs, and umbrellas are available to rent via Guest Services.

Trailers/boats are not permitted on-site; however, nearby parking is available.
There is currently major construction occurring on new homes in the area. No current homes or amenities will be affected, though construction equipment may be visible and views may be obstructed in some areas. Construction has been scheduled during certain times of the day to minimize noise and potential disturbances to guests. The work is scheduled to conclude in the next year.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.

Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Close to the pool, large multiple bathrooms, kitchen laid out nicely, well equiped and maintained. All bedrooms had high quality furnishings with comfortable beds. Convenient parking on the street and a one vehicle carport.

Great house

The house was lovely. Great location, wonderful beds. However, you can tell the owners don’t have kids, no plastic cups or kid friendly dishes. Also, no games like homes we’ve stayed in in the past. But overall a great place, we had an awesome time!

Loved our stay!

The kids loved the elevator! Location was great. The patio furniture was extremely dirty. You could t touch it on certain patios, it left black residue all over you and your clothes. The house was very clean inside. We couldn’t quite figure out why the front door wouldn’t lock once we opened and with two toddlers it was a bit concerning but overall our stay was amazing! We would go back for sure.

House FANTASTIC Vacasa terrible

The house was GREAT! Beautiful, clean, close to pool! Loved it! Vacasa very poor experience. Was not given a code to check into the house. After multiple calls Johnny was able to get us one however it expired after a couple days and the lockbox would not open Gas grill was advertised online with the house. Had meals planned around it. No gas grill. Was told we would get one delivered the next morning, NO follow up from Vacasa no grill. Every time someone tried to contact the property manager there was no answer on phone and voicemail was full Do not expect guest services to be of any assistance with your accommodations. They are there only to sell beach chairs, golf carts, etc. was told multiple times there was nothing they could do to help. Website showed pool service, beach restrooms, etc but none of these services were available to us until the 6th day of our stay. Misleading website. I emailed Vacasa before we left the property because no one was at their desk at 8:45 to let them know we could not lock the property and did not get a response. We lOVED the house but will NOT rent through Vacasa in the future

Lovely Beach House

The house was great! Beautiful fixtures, and decoration. Beds were comfortable all around. We did use the pullout couch for our kids, and it was to be expected, but they didn't mind. This is a 3 story home, and the elevator did come in very handy. We had someone with limited mobility, so they enjoyed that accommodation. One of the bottom bedrooms has a very squeeky ceiling fan, and as a family of 4 in one bathroom, I would have liked more towels, but other than that I think our group enjoyed this home very much. Palmilla is a lovely resort, with a beautiful pool just off the back porch. We could hear some splashing late one night, but its vacation. We love their golf carts, and that it is closer to town, and very easy beach access. Great pool/beach food!

Beach Getaway

The proximity to the pool can't be beat. We rented a golf cart to get to the beach - while a bit pricey - we decided to with a family of 5 and grandparents. The staff is so pleasant. The restaurants don't take reservations and turned us away about a hour and half before closing b/c it was already full - so you may want to put your name down on the list early. Pool food is very good. The house itself is decorated so nicely and is beyond comfortable. One small ding but not worth a losing a star over is that the smell of the house is a bit musty, almost a faint smoke smell. Obvious upon entering and noticeable occasionally once you are in the house. Main issue was post visit, clothes smelled so had to re-wash. It will not detour us from renting again but hopefully this can be addressed.

Great family getaway!

We had a great time and loved the location. Port A is very busy during 4th of July weekend but it felt like a restful spot despite the crowds. Home was beautiful and met most of our needs except we needed a tub for bathing the babies. . It’s was well equipped for cooking and cleaning and has nice towels for the pool. We needed a lighter weight blankets due to heavy duvets so may want to bring those. Just a couple things to mention- AC went out twice and was tough to locate anyone after hours but we got it worked out. We reached the owners and property management who were both very helpful. A couple things were broken like hand towel racks and a chair on the balcony prior to our visit…a small matter considering it was overall a very nice home. We would go back for another family getaway.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We liked this house and would definitely stay there again. The layout, appliances, furnishings, decorating, etc. are all well done, and the location is good. And the elevator is great if you have people in your party who are older and don't do well with stairs. About the only criticism I can think of are that there were not any hand towels in the upstairs master bathroom, but that wasn't a huge deal. Also, there were a few spots where paint is peeling away from exterior door frames and such, but I think that is just a product of the salty ocean air, so not a huge deal.

Beautiful family friendly beach home

This home is beautifully decorated yet simple and kid-friendly. The neighborhood was very quiet and easy access to the beach. We brought scooters which was awesome to go on the ramps to the beach. Property manager always answered questions when I texted them and the employees at the neighborhood where helpful as well. We also got to-go from the neighborhood restaurant one night which was delicious. We’d definitely come back!

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: A terrible experience from the rental process through arrival. The TurnKey people and on-site management was completely disorganized!! The house had no hot water our entire stay. The elevator was broken. We had no bath towels, only beach towels. When we called to fix anything no one could say who is the correct responsible party. It became a bit of a comedy act! It’s a shame such a beautiful property so poorly managed. The house was beautiful so there’s that.

Family getaway to Palmilla Pearl

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This beach resort was perfect for my family to get away from Dallas! Everything was clean, and beautifully decorated. The house was exactly what we needed,. A huge community pool out our back door and beach access out the front door! We loved everything so much that we may look into building a home in the resort. Everyone was so nice and welcoming and we can’t wait to get back there!

Nice place

NIce area. The home was perfect and beautiful. Quiet neighbors. Had trouble entering the house with the instructions provided since the front door did not function. We had to get on the phone with customers service for 20 minutes upon arrival to find out that they the front door was under construction and to use the back bedroom door. The beach was a longer walk than advertised online but we just drove. No huge problem. No golf cart rentals available during our stay. One employee could not give us any info regarding jet ski rentals which were advertised on the website. Unfortunately we had to go buy laundry detergent. We were not aware it was not available in the home. It was close to three grand to book. That got us two nights during the corona virus pandemic. Advertised at a certain rate per night but with owner fees, additional fees, taxes etc it added up to almost exactly twice that amount. Other than that we had a nice time. Next time, however, we will rent one of many houses just as close to the beach for a quarter of the cost. But again....the house was spotless and gorgeous.
