Perfect Beach Getaway

Sunny days on the beach and relaxing nights await at my bright studio condo that`s perfect for couples getaways or a time with friends or family. Being walking distance from the beach for a swim or enjoy the indoor pool and hot tub, this place is perfect for relaxation and fun! It has a full kitchen, step-free access, and a smart TV for easy going evenings.



Weather you`d like to rent a golf cart to cruise around, BBQ on the beach, or enjoy a round of putt putt, tons of fun awaits at this condo



This is a cute 375 sq ft, 1 bath studio condo. It has a full kitchen with some utensils, cookware, and plate ware. The kitchen has a 2 person breakfast bar and a drip coffee maker. It has a fridge/freezer with an ice maker, a electric range, a microwave, and a dishwasher. For the sleeping arrangements, there is a comfortable queen bed, and a nice sleeper sofa that can sleep 2 as well. I total this condo can accommodate up to 4 guests



Walking distance from Padre Beach!!! Guests will have step-free access to the pool and hot tube, as well as the coin laundry room, common lounge area, and picnic tables conveniently located around condominium property. will have access to free parking on premise (2 vehicles limit, RV/trailers are permitted with prior approval). Guest will have access to the outdoor grill & picnic area



Quite, cute surrounding area, with areas to rent golf carts/ moped head, grab dinner or go play putt putt



There is an ungated entrance to the parking lot in front of the property, very close to the entrance (so no hauling luggage a long way)



There is a smart TV with free WiFi in the condo. Linens /towels area provided throughout and the condo has central heat & A/C

Nice little vacation stay

Easy process for booking, perfect location located just down the block from the beach. The condo is a cute, personal space to stay with a family member, a partner, or even just by yourself. Check in was a breeze. The host Brad was kind and quick to communicate with. Would definitely stay here again and recommend to others.

Overall, this was the perfect match for my needs on this trip. It was simple, quiet, and clean. I usually pick a place with a direct view of the gulf. But, this time I just needed a place to shower and sleep a few hours each night. This place fit the bill. The check-in and out was easy and the host was quick to communicate and make sure I was taken care of.

Nice Condo!

Came to the area for a college visit with my daughter and her friend. Stayed the night to go to the beach. Condo was a great location to the beach. Had everything we needed for a quick trip. Check in and check out was very easy. I would stay here again.

Love this location- the room was clean and had everything you'd need. I even forgot spices and the unit had some to share, along with toiletrees and basic kitchen gear. Owner is very communicative and prompt with responses. Highly recommend, we'll be back for sure!😁

We booked here because this is our favorite place to stay on the island, and we have stayed in numerous units over the decades. However, this stay was not very enjoyable. Upon entering the unit, there were multiple roaches. This wasn't a big deal because at the beach they're inevitable. But it was the tip of the iceberg. The drains were all backed up and roaches would come out of the disposer. The owner didn't bother to fix it, but had us purchase drain cleaners and didn't even reimburse us for that. The kitchen faucet was so slow (low water pressure in both sinks, but the tub would remove skin) it was very difficult to wash hands much less any dishes (and with the drain filling up every time, it needed to be done quickly which was impossible.) We ended up washing a lot of the dishes in the bathtub. (The dishwasher could not be used because it would overflow the sink.) Only 2 burners worked on the stove which made it difficult to prepare a full meal. The owner was slow to respond claiming they "didn't want to bother us on our vacation", but the bother was the lack of usable living amenities and not only no bother to fix it, but never even reimbursing us for expensive drain cleaner that did not work.

I loved the swimming pool and jacuzzi! The only thing bad was the lack of communication. I never got the details in how to get into the property or get the keys. I had to constantly message the property manager asking him what to do and got no response for a about an hour. So I had to call him and he seemed a little rude by telling me that he had already sent the details and that I needed to go back and check my email because he didn’t have it memorized. I was polite and told him that I tripled checked my email and got nothing. He then told me to hold on and came back and said “oh, I guess I never sent it. I’ll send it to you right now”. Never got an apology. Any way long story short. Check in was supposed to be at 4pm and I didn’t get to check in till about 4:45 or 5.
