Rental was clean and comfortable. Had an issue with the Keurig machine and the response was quick and able to replace the Keurig with a 12 cup coffee pot, which really worked best for our group. A Keurig was also delivered next day but we stuck with the coffee pot. The A/C stopped working, again the response was swift and A/C was repaired quickly. Great location by the beach. Pool at the property is amazing!! Grills were clean and there was plenty of propane. I will for sure stay again. Thank you!!!

We were very disappointed with our stay. On our first morning we discovered ants all over the kitchen, even though we hadn’t left out any food or dishes. We called right away and someone was sent out, but they only sealed one small spot on the island where the ants were coming in. Since the rest of the area wasn’t properly caulked, the ants continued coming in through other cracks.Every morning we woke up to ants all over the countertops, which was frustrating and definitely affected our stay. We really expected a cleaner and more comfortable experience.

Lived it. We stay in this condo complex every year but we don't always go through the same company and we usually don't use the same unit every year either. This unit was great. Also, love Padre Escapes. :) There is another company we have used and both times their units are always a little bit cheaper but they are poorly stocked and maintained. This unit by Padre Escapes had beach toys in the garage for us to borrow and neatly organized brooms and mops and other cleaning supplies that are handy for a full week stay with all that sand. Thanks for another great vacation!

Palm Bay Breeze
We thoroughly enjoyed out stay at Palm Bay Condominiums. The unit was clean, and we had all the amenities needed for a nice and relaxing stay. The unit offers a nice patio which has a nice view of the pool and offers a nice seating area to enjoy your morning coffee while reading a book. The pool area offers a nice set of different seating options if you just want to sit and relax while your family is enjoying the beautiful pool which has two waterfalls for the family to enjoy. The condominium complex is in close proximity to White Cap Beach and National Seashore while also being close to the island's grocery store just in case you are in need of anything that you may have forgotten. With so many area attractions in Corpus Christi or on Padre Island you're sure to find something fun for everyone in your group.We can't wait to book this unit again; it is our favorite!

We rented this unit for 3 couples who are not as mobile as they used to be - and finding a single floor condo with 3 bedrooms is tricky! When we arrived the condo was very clean and well equipped. The kitchen was stocked and making meals was easy! Communication with the rental company was amazing - super fast responses. One of our family members lost a wedding ring - we tore that condo apart but never found it. I sent an email when we left and within an hour Heather had contacted me to say the ring was found by the cleaning crew. Highly recommended unit and rental company!

We were a group of 5 who stayed (3 adults, 2 children). Unit was spacious for everyone with plenty of room to spread out. Having a garage was nice. Location by the pool was great. Pros-master bed was comfy. Rooms were nice size. Kids loved the bunk beds. Kitchen seemed to have everything we needed. Having a washer and dryer was good to go home with all clean laundry/beach towels. Cons-the showers need updates. The showerheads are old school, one setting with no adjustments. It was hard to bathe the kids in the hall bath because the shower head was full blast, had hardly any movement and was hitting the wall and got water everywhere for every single shower. The master bath shower is on the small side and has a similar shower head-one setting, was too hard. As someone recovering from surgery, the spray hurt if it hit. Its also super hard to shave your legs in a small stand up shower. A small cost to get some nice showerheads would seriously make a huge difference. The couch, while large, is not super comfy and kinda hard to get up off of. I could see it being an issue for older people especially. Other than this, it was a nice property.
