Tickle My FanSea is a new home conveniently located on 11th St., one minute from the beach. Perfect for a family vacation getaway with 4 bedrooms, and 3 full baths. The home next door, The Floppy Flounder, is available for rental as well for those needing more room. The open and inviting living area has a large sectional with plush pillows and two matching accent chairs, all made for relaxing while watching a movie or your favorite sports team on the wall-mounted Smart TV and Wi-Fi. Try out your culinary skills in the fully equipped kitchen with spacious countertops, stainless steel appliances, dishes, a regular coffee maker, basic pots, pans, and utensils. Savor your meals at the dining table with seating for eight and an additional four at the bar. Take your morning coffee out on the balcony and start the day off taking in the sea breeze. The first guest bedroom (BR1) has a King bed, nightstands, closet, chest, and wall-mounted TV. The hall bathroom consists of a vanity and tub/shower. Guest bedroom (BR2) also has a King-size bed, nightstands, closet, chest and wall-mounted TV, and an ensuite bathroom with a vanity and tub/shower. Perfect for kids with room to play, the bunkroom (BR3) has 2 sets of custom built-in Twin Bunk beds, a closet, and a wall-mounted TV. The master suite (BR4) has a King bed, chest, wall-mounted TV, and a desk for working remotely or distance learning assignments. The ensuite bathroom has a double vanity and tub/shower. All bedrooms are equipped with Wi-Fi-connected Smart TVs and rugs for softness and warmth on the feet. The full-size washer and dryer are tucked neatly in a hall closet along with a vacuum, broom, and fold-up crib for your personal use.
Take the family fun out back to the fenced-in yard and splash around in the brand-new pool with water features and cool surround decking. Lounge beside it while catching some rays, start a competitive game of corn hole, cook up the day's catch on the grill, or sit in the shaded outdoor living area with mood lighting while breathing in the ocean air.
