Sandpiper Condominiums 301, Panoramic Gulf Views w/ direct access to Mustang Island/Port A beaches.

Beautifully remodeled, unit 301 is a great choice for a family or a large group of friends. Everything has been re-touched from entrance to each balcony. The entire condo is laid with suiting tile for the floors. The kitchen has granite counter tops and new cabinetry with state of the art appliances. The breakfast bar has a small bar refrigerator and enough seating for 3 while the dining table seats 4 with extra chairs to seat 8. There is a large flat screen TV in the living area with a blu-ray connected and full cable channels. Just out on the living room patio, relaxation awaits you and your cup of coffee for an early morning sunrise over the ocean.

The master bedroom has a king sized bed and a large comfortable chair to sit back and enjoy some alone time. To make this alone time even more exclusive, the master balcony is enjoyable for couples looking to relax away from their family and enjoy the beautiful views Mustang Island has to offer. There is a flat screen TV in the master as well as full closets and dressers to help you feel more at home. Attached to the master is the private master bathroom that has a gorgeously tiled walk in shower.

Down the hall you will find the œ bath located just in front of the entrance and the 2nd bathroom tucked just at the end of the hallway. This bath has a full sized tub with an artistic tile finish on the shower walls. This is also a full shower.

Across from the bathroom are the two guest bedrooms. One bedroom has 2 twins and a wicker rocking chair while the 3rd guest bedroom has a king sized bed. Both of these rooms are connected to the west facing balcony, where the family can enjoy the beautiful sunsets the Gulf Coast has to offer.

Amazing condo!

The condo is absolutely beautiful! Incredibly clean, maintained and comfortable. Everyone in our family said they could live there. Beach access and pool were great!

short family getaway

Beach access is great and very easy for small kids. The condo itself was clean. The only downside was that the water heater alarm went off a lot (which they said was humidity but the 6th time it went off on our last day the guy said it was low battery) - wouldn’t have been a big deal if we didn’t have small kids (the alarm woke them up and shut off the water mid shower)

We loved the ease of the sandpiper. Having the beach chairs and towels available was a nice plus. The unit is completely renovated and even bigger than the pictures suggested. I love love to stay here again. Thank you for opening up your home for visitors.

We’ll be back

This was our second stay in this unit. We loved it both times. The bed was comfortable, furnishings are very tasteful. The kitchen is set up well, but bring your own seasonings if you plan to cook! A great place to spend a cold winter weekend.

Great Location Bad Timing

Hurricane Hanna paid us a visit while at the coast making our stay a bit out of the ordinary. In these trying conditions, the staff were very supportive and ready to help. The building and unit were in perfect location to allow us to enjoy anyway. We had a great time and plan to come back again.
