Sea Gull #201: Beachfront 3 bed 2.5 Bathroom With Spectacular Views and 24 Hour Management

Sea Gull unit 201 is a three bedroom, two and a half bath second floor beach front vacation rental. The Master bedroom faces the Gulf and has a king size bed with adjoining private bathroom. The second bedroom has a king size bed. The third bedroom features a pirate theme for children as well as board games and two full size beds. There are flat screen TVs and Bose Wave music systems in the living room and all bedrooms. This condo also features Roku Streaming TV and Media players in all bedrooms. The kitchen is fully equipped to cook up your special catch from any of your Port Aransas fishing adventures. Condo also has three private patios, one facing the resort pool and two facing the gulf. We very much enjoyed the condo, beach, and balcony views. The kitchen and living area were great places to hang out. All the pans, dishes, and utensils we needed were there. It was easy to get clean towels, soap, etc.

This Condo unit was AMAZING. Spacious throughout with a view of the beach that is SPECTACULAR. Condo has everything plus extra. Towels, beach towels and shampoo/conditioner. The property even has chairs/loungers at the end of the boardwalk where the beach starts. Pool amazing and Staff extra friendly. Great location on the beach, away from the bustle of Port A. We definitely will stay here again . It made great memeories for our annual SISTER TIME.

Great views, close to beach, beautiful condo!

We booked very late for the 1st portion of the Thanksgiving week & picked it based on it's amazing views of the gulf. Have never stayed this far away from Port A, but it was just wonderful! And we loved how the condos were so close to the beach. And the inside of the condo was just beautiful! Loved it! Would absolutely stay there again!

Clean and professional

Clean and beautifully decorated condo with great views of the beach and pool. I did read other reviews that it was located right near the staircase which made it convenient for pool access. At the time I did not think this was a big deal but after staying there, I did appreciate the convenience of the location and found this to be easy to go to the grill and pool as well as to go to and from the parking lot and the beach using the stairs instead of the elevator. There was enough space for my mother, my two nieces and myself. I loved how I could see the beach from the kitchen. There are two great balconies on the beach side and two balconies on the pool side. I would most definitely rent this unit again. The only complaint would be that the TV in one of the bedrooms did not have access to any cable or satellite channels. The maintenance man tried to make this work but he could not. The staff at the property was extremely professional. All of our needs for extra shampoo or towels were met immediately.

Love the location away from crowds!

The beach access is so easy and the beach set suited our needs perfectly. Only downside was construction over us started at 6:30 am and pool was supposed to close at 10 pm but people didn’t respect it. Hard to put toddlers down. Plus side, everything was clean, mask were used and sanitizer was in use. Request rooms away from pool. Views great!

Great stay at the beach

Condo location is great for going to/from the beach or pool. You can skip the elevator and just use the stairs right outside the door. Only negative was the wifi. The kids complained constantly about poor connection, lost connection, and generally made all their devices unusable. I had to use cellular to do pretty much anything.

Perfect Stay in Port A

This condo was perfect for our family. Besides being beautifully decorated and furnished, the layout was great. This is an end unit which meant that there are views from every bedroom. The front king has views of the Gulf. The other two bedrooms have views of the pool — plus they had their own bathroom and, thus, formed a suite. Because the condo is on the second floor, it is easy to get downstairs and out to the beach and pool easily—we didn’t need to use the elevator. The owners thought of everything: the kitchen is well stocked with utensils and such plus there are games, DVDs, and books to keep everyone happy.
