Clean room, friendly staff. Perfect for a weekend getaway. Room was comfortable with all the amenities needed. Room was a walk away from the beach with a private entrance to the beach including a shower for rinsing

Pool area had reduced usage times and there was no hot tub as advertised. Staff on property were approachable but only going directly to and from property entrance. Property in general had obviously suffered significant storm or related damage at some point. Construction scaffolding substituted for stairways on beachfront side of 2 of 3 units. Advertised property exercise room evidently had been eliminated 2 or 3 years previously according to maintenance staff. Security entrance gate was nonfunctionable. Interior of condo was clean but balcony slider was deteriorated and balcony porch had structural erosion with plywood patching. Pull out couch frame and mattress was less suitable for a nights rest than he floor would have been. Location in terms of causeway access was good but access roads were in poor repair and very susceptible to flooding. Definitely not an "as advertised" experience.

Property has a lot of construction so elevators didn't work so we had to go up 3 flights of steps , no fire alarms in the building , patching wood everywhere, electrical cords across the roof in hallway , midnight rat screams
