Welcome to our fabulous Cinnamon Shore condominium, where you will enjoy 1,300 square feet of spacious living. Watercolor Bungalow is a lovingly decorated, 3-bedroom 2-bathroom unit filled with cool ocean blue furnishings to remind you of the Gulf waters splashing on the shore and the sunny blue skies above. The kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances, granite counter tops, a margarita/snow-cone machine, and everything you'll need to prepare a great family meal. In-unit laundry facilities are available for your convenience.

The open-concept floor plan is made even brighter by vaulted ceilings and comfortable furnishings. Flat-screen TVs in the living room, master and 2nd bedrooms fill your downtime after long days of fun-in-the-sun. The primary bedroom has a king-size bed, luxurious linens, and an en-suite bathroom. The second bedroom has a queen bed, and shares a Jack-and-Jill bathroom adjacent to the bunkroom built for six!

Situated on the first floor, guests enjoy a break from baggage carts, elevators and stairwells. It is just steps from Lisabella's restaurant, a fishing pond and Town Center activities, and within walking distance of both pools and two beach entries which are pedestrian and beach-cart accessible. This condo is the perfect choice for your family or group of up to ten. Come join us for a vacation at Cinnamon Shore's Watercolor Bungalow and leave with memories for a lifetime.

IF A PET IS SEEN ENTERING A NON-PET FRIENDLY HOME, GUEST WILL BE CHARGED A PENALTY AND/OR EVICTED.

Watercolor Bungalow is a non-pet friendly property, and there are no exceptions. If a pet is seen entering Watercolor Bungalow the homeowner and/or Cinnamon Shore Vacation Rentals has the right to immediately evict the renter with no refunds, regardless of time of day or night.

There will be an automatic non-refundable penalty fee of $1000 added to the reservation if a pet is seen entering the property. If the pet does not leave the property immediately, at the date of the violation, there will be an additional $300 daily charge applied to the renter until eviction. It is up to the contract signee to disperse the pet policy to all persons staying in the home. If a renter's "guests" violate this policy it is assumed they are aware of the policy and the fee will be assessed. The Renter may also be liable for any additional charges related to cleaning fees and/or damage in the home.

Wouldn’t stay again

I wouldn’t stay in this condo again. We found about 7-8 roaches throughout our stay. The master bed was very hard and uncomfortable and (my fault for not realizing) no tub just showers so bathing littles was difficult. We liked CS and the ease of getting to the beach with the golf cart, which was pretty easy process booking and getting the cart delivered. We liked the community and will be coming back this summer in a different house.

Multiple maintenance issues

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was our first time staying at Cinnamon Shore. Overall we had a good experience but not great due to multiple maintenance issues that took an excessive amount of time to fix. We had internet less than 24 hours of our 5 day stay due to faulty equipment. I reported the issue multiple times a day to the front desk who assured me someone was working on it when that was not the case. Once the property manager came to the building, she was able to resolve the issue within 24 hours. However, it took them 3 days to get her to the condo. Additionally, our unit was not ready until an hour after the check-in time, the ice machine did not work, and the filter on the fridge needed to be replaced (loud beeping noise). The convenience and proximity to restaurants was nice and the beach chair service was greaqt.

Reviewer Comments: The unit has a good location close to the town center and is located on the 1st floor, which is what we needed this trip, but we will not rent this particular unit again for a few reasons. 1) Roaches - We found multiple in the unit. Maybe because it’s on the 1st floor and near the primary trash unit for building? Not sure, but it ruined my wife’s stay. 2) Conditions- there was sand on floor inside unit when we checked in, just didn’t seem clean in living area.3) Parking Spot - Everyday, someone different would use one of our parking spots, which was extremely annoying. It’s located on the circle, which makes it prime location for parking at restaurant or for music venue, but we had to find secondary parking for our golf cart during at least 80% of our time there. I did like the bedrooms, livings space, and kitchen area. It was more than adequate for 3 adults and 3 children, but due to the three reasons listed above, we will not select this unit in the future. It had good access to fishing, our favorite pool, and dining. The customer service was poor though. Our room wasn’t ready until almost 5 PM, we weren’t told where to park and got a citation, and had to ask 4 times for them to bring us dish soap. We would choose to stay elsewhere next time, because of these inconveniences. We expected better for the premium price vs elsewhere. It’s wasn’t a Ritz Carlton experience, by any means. No one at the front desk seemed happy to work there, and it showed by their non responsiveness. That’s too bad, because it’s a nice place to be.

The golf carts make trips to the beach and pools way easier...Service is pretty slow throughout the resort (we had pretty significant waits to get food at the on-site pizza place). Perfect Condo for Family with Teens or Grandparents!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We absolutely loved our stay in Watercolor Bungalow! We brought several teens for my daughter’s 17th birthday, and it was the perfect set up because on one side of the common area, there is a bedroom with a queen, then a jack and jill bathroom with a huge amount of counter space and two sinks, and then the bunk room which sleeps 6 and has lockers for each person’s things! On the other side of the common area is the master with an en suite bathroom, perfect for the parents bringing the crew or for the grandparents if the parents want to stay on the other side near the younger kids. I just loved the layout, and the decor was fun with plenty of cookware and a big common space to hang out! We would stay here again for sure. I also thought the location was very convenient-very near the restaurants and small grocery and coffee shop. Highly recommend renting a golf cart for the pools and the beach--it is further away from the beach but that doesn’t really matter if you have a golf cart.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We really loved our stay. We especially liked the convenience of the nearby pools, the pizza place and the layout of the condo. The bunk beds were custom made (and well made for safety) to the room and the kids loved it! The condo had good amenities in the kitchen and really great water pressure! The floor was still a bit sandy here and there when we arrived, and there was fragrances in the room, but they faded.There were some outdoor games right near us that we really enjoyed, too. Some of the things I would like to have had: a recycling service, signs in the community with directions, beach clean up and electric golf carts (the golf carts are loud). The teenagers like to ride all throughout the property on the golf carts playing loud music, but it was ok since they stopped at a certain hour. We couldn't hear them once inside our condo either. This is a family friendly place so I felt safe walking at night and the sidewalks are nice.

Wonderful spot, super kid friendly!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a wonderful time on our recent trip. The condo had everything we needed, including baby/children’s eating utensils. The management was quick to respond with any questions we had. Condo was exactly as pictured and extremely clean. Lots of beach towels provided by the host too! Only issue, we had no cell service in the condo (AT&T, T-Mobile) but it’s was fine everywhere else in property. WiFi worked just fine so messages could come through. Look forward to making the trip again next summer!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We love Cinnamon Shores! The location is great! The houses are beautiful, beautifully decorated and always clean. We love all the amenities and activities they offer. It’s been great watching all the progress from year to year. If I had to give a complaint, the only thing I would grip about is they water down the kitchen hand soap and dish soap.
