The Inn is as it says right at the Fulton Harbor so you are by Charlotte Plummer a historic restaurant and the pier. Walking distance to many of the Fulton historical restaurants. Room is spacious. Hotel built like a U with a cottage on the parking lot and a Harbor House for larger parties. Our only critique is there only continental breakfast as many hotels now does to cut cost so it's boiled eggs oatmeal dry cereal or bagel/toast. We would however go back for the room location and staff.

The Inn looks nice, its old but clean, pool area is nice, breakfast is limited. Adults standing drunk in pool, music blaring. They were in 4 hours so that means there was second hand beer in the pool. Not kid friendly. We had to wait until next day that we witnessed pool being cleaned before kids got in. inconsiderate guests and no rule enforcement.

A well maintained and clean property. Our double room had an equipped kitchenette. We found the air conditioner loud and managed by keeping the fan on continuously. A nice pool with splash pad and features appealing to youth. About 4 miles from Rockport beach. Breakfast was no-frills continental pre-packaged food, but there's always the kitchenette.

Everything was pretty great about this property. Nice rooms, the staff were attentive and welcoming, great pool and beautiful surrounding area! I wish they had more of a variety for breakfast. Other than that, it all was pretty good.

Was not very pleased with this hotel. When I booked this room I was made to believe that the hotel was next to the Lighthouse but it is a block or more away. Would not go back there again.Very disappointed that Expedia put this listing next to the Lighthouse.
