Updated Farm House on 1/2 acre lot, easy walk to bay, Fulton fishing pier, restaurants and Paws & Taws convention center. Many mature oak trees on lot, central air & heat, high speed WiFi, fully equipped kitchen with gas stove, full size refrigerator, living room, dining room, updated bath with shower, washer and dryer. Yard has picnic table and BBQ pit. Rockport beach is a short drive away. Coastal community with lots of restaurants (several within walking distance) and art galleries. Migratory bird watching is popular as many species make this area a winter home. This is a perfect destination for families, fishermen, birders, artists and winter Texans looking for relaxation and comfort, small town hospitality and fun! No smoking allowed on premises. There is plenty of room for parking boat trailers.

The farmhouse is an absolutely amazing place to stay. The owner has truly thought of everything to entertain both large and small families. It’s incredibly cozy and immediately feels like home inside. We especially loved the big yard and the swing! The beds and bedding were also very comfortable, which made our stay even better. We will definitely come back.

This old farmhouse was charming and comfortable. It was in town and close to the bay, yet private, quiet, and safe. We were pleasantly surprised that we were able to walk to some of the activities that we came for - in town for the Hummingbird Festival (which was amazing). Communication with the host was easy. She was very helpful and accommodating to our needs. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend.

We had a great time staying at this beautiful house. It gave cabin vibes. Super close driving distance to the beach. My kids loved all the space and the amenities this house provided. I will definitely book this specific house on our next trip to Rockport.

Our Stay at the Farmhouse

My family and I rented this sweet farmhouse model place out in Fulton, Texas for our a spring break outing. It’s a great location with a great view of the ocean. It’s a peaceful area as it looks like a lot of the neighbors seem to be retired and friendly.I definitely recommend this rental!

Perfect for relaxing

We wanted to see what Rockport had to offer and see about returning - we truly enjoyed exploring the area and this landing spot was perfectly located to do just that. Texted upon departure and never received a reply; hence the communication grade. Loved reading the history of the home and it is perfect for 2 couples or a family.

The rental looked like the pictures provided in the listing. Close to the water, an Irish pub down the street, and solitude. You really get it all with this location. We even extended our stay to maximize our time there. Shoutout to Sharon!!!! Thank you for a memorable stay!

Rockport trip

Enjoyed the home very quite and nice country charm. Perfect for our Rockport trip as it is convenient to everything we need and still has the country charm. This was our second stay at this property and so when we saw it was available we had to book.

Great, lowkey Beach getaway!!!

This house was great for what we needed, which was to just have a place to lay our heads down at night while we spent all day at the Rockport beach! Our dog stayed kenneled in the house the whole time, which was soooo convenient for us! The kitchen is well stocked, so is the bathroom. There were some toys and chairs for us to take to the beach with us which was so nice because we didn’t bring chairs of our own. The house was pretty baby friendly as well! We had our 2 year old with us.

Perfect little weekend trip

Beautiful little house for a quick weekend getaway. Easy to find and access the keys. 1 bed was definitely not made up, but a quick sheet change and all was great. Will absolutely be back.

Very Relaxing Stay!

We had a thoroughly relaxing and great time in Fulton/Rockport at this wonderful cute little home. The house was very clean and well furnished. We enjoyed some beach time, saw the fireworks on the 4th, took a Dolphin watching boat tour, ate some great food in town, and hung out at the house just relaxing and watching TV. Was just the getaway the wife and I needed. Communication with the owner was very quick and informative. We look forward to a return stay in the future!
