Welcome to the one of the newest townhome community on North Padre Island. Pull right in front to unload and access your rental with a unique lock code we give only to you. This extremely spacious 1 bedroom, 1 bath, sleeps 6 comfortable and has all the comforts of home. The master bedroom comes with a king bed and flat screen tv. Kids can enjoy their own space in the new twin size bunk beds. The living room has a leather couch and a flat screen Smart TV with Cable and other streaming apps. We also have free WiFi. Sleep two comfortably on a queen sleeper sofa. The kitchen has every small appliance you could need along with stainless steel appliances and granite counter tops. There is also a washer and dryer for all your laundry needs.

Ready for the beach? Village by the Beach is just that; 1 block from the beach! Grab your beach towels, sunscreen and walk to the beach to enjoy a day in the sun. The island offers horseback riding, Bob Hall Pier and great shops and restaurants in the area. More of a pool person? Village by the Beach is your place once again! Our complex offers a sweet resort style pool for your enjoyment. Pull up a chair to relax, throw down some burgers on the grill and enjoy this amazing pool with family and friends. This property fit our needs as a retired couple perfectly. Clean, comfortable, beautifully decorated and a great spot to just relax in when rains came in. We didn’t use the pool area but it looked very inviting.It is close to everything and to surrounding towns for tourist types of things. I look forward to staying here again next time we are in Corpus Christi! Thank you!

The location was great. Close to the beach and excellent pool. The condo itself was nicely stocked with everything you could use .... and more.There are a few items that could use maintenance ( stuck window, dishwasher not heating, etc.) and decluttering (discard broken, partial,and expired things).Otherwise, the host was very easy to communicate with and provdied a confortable place to stay for 2 weeks.

Your condo is great. It is modern, very clean, and nicely decorated . I loved your nautical decor! The laundry soap, dishwasher soap, shampoo, conditioner, etc. were more than I expected. The bed was so comfortable- loved the comforter! All the linens were very nice. I was a little disappointed that we were not “on” the pool ( from the pictures) but it turned out okay. Thanks for the great vacation.

Fantastic family trip

Such a great location! Single mom of 4 kiddos and this was a great stay! The owners left a book of information about the location and property and places nearby to do fun things and it was such a lifesaver! It’s right by the beach, and down the street from gas stations and small grocers which was so convenient! Only issue I would say was the pull-out sofa has a really thin mattress but other than that I would say it was perfect. The pool was so delightful and large and my kids loved it!

Easy access to the beach

The beach was within easy walking distance, and even faster driving by car or golf cart (which you could rent nearby). The condo was clean, comfortable and well equipped with all the necessities (towels, wash cloths, dish soap, paper towels, etc) and even some items of use on the beach (boogie boards, skim boards, beach chairs, a few beach towels and beach toys). This was a huge plus for us when packing for the trip. It is just down the road a bit from the beach, and also not far off from the main roads with lots of good food and a couple fun places to shop.

The best!

Kim has really thought through anything we might need to make our stay comfortable and convenient!! A binder to explain everything, restaurant reviews, beach supplies, bath accessories. Seriously, you name it, it was there! We had some issues with our access code ( out of her control) however, she was so quick to respond and resolve this issue. Hands down the best place we have stayed and completely worth time and cost! We will be back!
