It is in an ideal location, in close proximity to the best that Corpus Christi has to offer: 10 minutes to Padre Island beach, 2.2 miles to Texas A&M CC University, Bay Area Hospital, 15 min. to Downtown, and more! Absolutely wonderful property

The property was one of the best places we have stayed. The kitchen was stocked with every item we needed to make any meal we wanted. I liked the walking trail that was easily accessed through the back yard. The neighborhood was quite. Karen was easy to contact and responded quickly to any questions we had. I would highly recommend staying at her property.

Wonderful experience

We stayed two nights but by the time we left we really wished we had planned to stay longer. Our host was very kind and responsive to my messages. The house is very spacious and comfortable. We hope to be able to stay there again!

Great stay on location

We came to film a show for Able Outdoors which means myself and my prostaffer are in wheelchairs so it's not that easy to find a place that is "accessible enough". This one was. We loved this place and only wish we could've stayed longer.

Dream Home Getaway

From the moment we drove up and got out of the car we were welcomed with beautiful curbside appeal and welcome music heard outside and throughout the house, amazing sound feature to be enjoyed! As this was planned to be a relaxing getaway, the home provided all the space we needed and then some. As a momma of a 2 year old, I was very thankful for the full size crib available as it allowed our baby boy to sleep as just as home, most places only offer a playpen! All the beds were very comfy and everything needed to cook meals was available. Mrs Karen (Host) provided quick communication and assistance as needed. Wish we had the opportunity to stay more nights, but we will definitely seek to stay again! Highly recommend!

Best Spot In Town

Definently the best place we stayed at! The place was amazing. Everything was around you Walmart, thrift store, dollar store, places to eat and the beach isnt to far away. Beautiful place for the family in a quiet neighborhood. The host had a beautiful home and was very friendly . Thankyou for allowing us to be your guest. We had a great time.

Great home with all the amenities. Courtyard area allowed for us to enjoy being outside yet protected from a very windy day. Wonderful back porch to enjoy morning coffee and listen to the birds. Close to all we needed and on a nice street. Rooms and beds were accurately portrayed.

Everything you need to enjoy time with your family

We spent the week visiting our son’s family and new grand baby. We flew in Great Grandma from the east coast and just hung out, played games, puzzles, and cooked together. The house had everything we needed!

Me and my family stayed for a week and we loved it the house was beautiful.

Relaxing enjoyable peaceful and the most fun and family time filled vacation, my mom and kids were still talking about our stay days after we returned home. Fantastic Estate

This lovely home is located on the former pharaoh valley golf course in the heart of town. The beach, downtown and the university are just minutes away in various directions. The home is decorated so tastefully you truly feel right at home and need for nothing- THE KITCHEN is a DREAM for anyone who loves to cook or bake. Karen the owner was lovely to work with and responded quickly to just a few basic text. The yard is fenced and perfect for children and or fur babies. The patio will be perfect in the cooler months for cocktails. If by chance you are taking an elder- I would recommend suction cup handles for the shower and potty. We can't wait to rent this home again. Truly a home away from home.

This house was absolutely amazing. Would be incredible for a large family or group. Very, very well equipped, great location, amazing backyard and patio area and I fell in love with the master bathroom. Can’t wait to stay there again.
