IR130 is a spacious, bottom floor condo in a resort-style community. This amazing condo sleeps 4 and is just steps from the boardwalk that leads directly to the beach. Inside, you'll find a fully equipped kitchen, plenty of seating in the living room and a dedicated workstation. There's also a private balcony with outdoor seating which is perfect for some relaxation. IR130 is located directly across from one of the two resort pools, sports court with basketball, pickleball, and tennis. With one bedroom and one bathroom, this condo is perfect for a couple or small family.

Small family

Perfect for our family of four! It is conveniently right at the start of the boardwalk and super close to the pool! We'd definitely love to book this unit again! There were no bath towels so luckily we had a couple extra with us so it wasn't a problem. Everything else was great! Would recommend.
