Tenant must be over the age of 25 and will be an occupant of the unit during the entire reserved period

No parties, excessive noise, or illegal activity

Well-behaved pets allowed

Please bring your own blanket/sheet to cover furniture if pets use sofa or bed

Excessive pet hair or damage will result in additional cleaning charges

If you cannot clean hair, please leave $20 extra for our cleaner (required)

Departure Instructions:

Pick up all trash and place it in the dumpster by the parking lot

Remove all used bedding and towels (start washing towels on HOT/COTTON cycle)

Do NOT overload the laundry machine

NEVER place sandy or soaked items in washer/dryer

Clean lint filter after drying

Tidy up the backyard, put furniture and umbrella back as shown in the photo

Clean BBQ, dock, and pool area after use

Remove all personal items from common spaces

Loved the view of the lake/canal. Dog friendly, people that live on property are friendly. Its close to the beach, shops, and walking distance to a fish restaurant. No grass in the back yard but the front yard has grass for your doggos. Love the balcony that you can walk out on from the bedroom. You can see the lake from it.

Comfortable & Cute

My husband and I wanted a short get away and we planned on bringing our two dogs, which we didn’t after all. We were drawn to the fact this location offered us the option to bring more than one pet. This location was also not far from the beach . We also had a dock area where you could hang out and fish if you wanted to or bbq and just relax. The place it self was very cute and well maintained. The owner was very nice and communicated well with us and was available if we needed anything. We definitely will stay again.

Great Hostess

When we got there the place had not be cleaned from the previous tenants because I believe an emergency had come up with the person responsible for it. That’s life, things happen. The hostess was very understanding and ordered a vacuum cleaner for me to use. I did the laundry and made the bed. The lady came and cleaned two days later. However I vacuumed and mopped every other day. With a dog you have too since we were there for 2 weeks.I will say the location was great, the neighbors are very sweet. The electricity went out on our last day there so we left early. It was so dark we pack in the dark and I couldn’t straighten the place up or do anything without electricity, I felt so bad because the hostess was so sweet and helpful.

Quick weekend getaway

We booked this unit because it was a great price, allowed pets (2 Yorkies) at no extra cost, had a place to park our boat (boat slip) which was super convenient. Host was super communicative and the neighbors that live there were super friendly and helpful. We will book here again the next time we want to enjoy Corpus Christi.

A very nice place and great host

We stayed for most of January and all february. We would drive to the seawall parking lot (2 minute drive), or the beaches (2 min to whitecap, 3 min to the near jetty, or 25 min to Port Arkansas beach and jetty. We like the location of the unit, a lot. The condo is in this 10 unit complex. It has a dock facing west. It a nice place to relax. The neighbors are very friendly. Our unit is very thoughtfully furniture and decorated. Anastasia mentioned that they used it in the summer. It has a good vibe. Anastasia is very easy to communicate. Very responsive. For example, one day we mentioned that we could use more wine glasses; Amazon deliver new (nice) ones in a day or two. It's also nice to deal with a owner than an agent, in general, IMO. We highly recommend Anastasia and this place.

Near beach property

The location of this property is very nice, with it being within a 5-10 minute walk from the Seawall and the beach. The patio on Lake Padre is a nice place to sit back and relax. Condo was well equipped for a comfortable stay, and the private patio made for a nice place to enjoy time outside. Any issues that we ran into were handled in a timely manner by Anastasia, and she was readily accessible if to answer any questions.

New winter Texans:)

We enjoyed our stay on North Padre Island this February...much more pleasant than February in WI:) Although some things in our condo could be updated, we had no issues. All the appliances were newer and it was a comfy, cozy stay. We used the grill extensively for some of the great beef from HEB...yum! And we had only a short walk to the beach for our daily excursions. Sal collected numerous seashells. The Padre Island Nat'l Seashore is only a short drive away and is an awesome site. We discovered lots of interesting places to visit in Corpus Christi as well...even got out fishing one day. Anastasia was very accommodating and we hope to make this an annual adventure.
