Maid service was not good. The maid came in, took her tip, the dirty towels and left. The maid left no clean towels, did not empty the full trash cans, did not make the bed. We went down to get towels, went swimming, took showers left for dinner, came back to find one large towel and a bath mat on our dresser. What were they doing in our room again 4 or 5 hours later?

Old outdated room

The staff was very friendly, check-in was very nice, but the room that we were in was very old and dated. He had a handicap room and it was obvious they had not updated this particular room, so should not have assigned it to anyone

The person at the front desk is always so nice . I think her name is Kathy . Shes always here ar night when we check in . We stay frequently going from Arizona to Colorado. We like that they allow dogs . We try to be as quiet as possible and clean up after them so they will keep allowing them .

Our room was given away before we arrived so we ended up with less beds than booked. We asked for a discount due to the mess up but were told no by the manager that was not there at the time. The onsite staff was helpful and did what they could to correct the situation to the best of their ability. Not somewhere we plan to visit again.

The check in was quick and efficient. There was plenty of parking right next to the room. The room was clean and spacious. The pool and the hot tub was great. Was a very nice way to end a five day long road trip.

The Baymont is a great place to stay, and worth the money. The rooms are very clean and comfortable, and the breakfast is great. I will definitely stay here again if I’m in the area.
