In the heart of the Tuscan countryside, the apartment Casa di Amici sits in the main house of a lovely residential complex. Guests can enjoy vast outdoor expanses, a swimming pool adjacent to a barbecue area and sheltered parking. Every apartment also has a neat, private little garden.
Casa di Amici can comfortably host six people in an intimate, graceful environment, equipped with every modern comfort and exquisitely furnished by the owners. The house, provided with air conditioning in every room, is set on three floors. The ground floor is made out of a living room complete with satellite television and an open fireplace, a fully-equipped kitchen and a small shower-room. On the first floor a double bedroom and a twin bedroom share a bathroom, supplied with a bathtub. The top floor is entirely engaged by the master bedroom and its en-suite shower-room.
Opposite the residence, a gazebo has been placed in the garden, an ideal place for al-fresco dinners. The vast and fully equipped swimming pool enjoys a magnificent view of the beautiful Etruscan town of Cortona surrounded by the countryside.
