Villa Vita Bella is a traditional Tuscan farmhouse located just outside the wonderful city of Cortona, perfect spot for those clients loving the slow life enjoying the beautiful views of the Tuscan/Umbrian hills that surrounds the villa, the villa guest can also reach the center of Cortona by 15 minutes walking passing through a lovely public garden.
The villa’s garden is made by a different terraces all facing the Cortona valley with amazing views of the hills, there is a wonderful private swimming pool which is completely fenced and equipped with sunlounges and umbrellas for shade, next to the building a paved outside area is equipped with table and chairs where to organize al fresco meals. The whole garden covers over one hectare of lands, in the estate is present a friendly Sardinian Donkey called Biondino!!

Villa Vita Bella is divided into two separate apartments, and together covers over 250 square meters. The two apartments are independent and each one has entrance at the ground floor.
The first apartment opens to a living room equipped with sofas and arm chairs, dining room with table and chairs and fully equipped kitchen with all amenities needed, this is the largest area where the full group can gather all together; at the ground floor there is also a bathroom with shower. On the above floor there are two double bedrooms, and one bedroom with two single beds, and a large bathroom with shower.
The second apartment still access from the ground floor and opens to a living room, large fully equipped kitchen with large table that can accommodate 10 people, and one bathroom with shower, and a laundry room. On the first floor there are two double bedrooms and a second bathroom with shower.
The villa has Air condition, internet wifi, dishwasher and washing machine, Satellite TV, large parking for 3 cars.

The owner of the property leaves about 500 meters away from the villa, guest will have full privacy and complete exclusive use of the whole estate including pool, owner is always available from any requests guest may have.

Cortona is about 1.5 km, it can be reached by 15 minutes walking via a public garden or easily by car in less than 10 minutes; Camucia is 5 km away and offers all kind of services like large supermarkets, train station, gas stations, etc. other Tuscan and Umbrian cities are easy to reach like Montepulciano 30 km; Lake Trasimeno 25 km; Arezzo 31 km; Pienza 40 km; Perugia (airport) 50 km; Siena 60 km; Florence (airport) 110 km; Rome (airport) 210 km.

Rental Roles:
Check in: from 15:00 checkout: by 9:30 am.
Minimum stay 1 week, in high season is from Saturday to saturday

Pets are allowed at the owner’s discretion and require prior approval.
Please note that there are 2 dogs and donkey at the property already.

Security deposit (Refundable):
€ 500,00, to be given upon arrival, it will be returned before departure less any charge in case of damage.
