This brand-new, custom 2-story cabin is a whimsical woodsy retreat with a sunroom hot tub, swinging queen bed (yep, that’s a thing), and dreamy green decor that feels like a forest fairy tale. Whether you're soaking in the sunroom hot tub, or roasting s’mores at the shared fire pit, this is the kind of place where memories are made. Your dreamy Smoky Mountain escape starts here!

The Space:
This brand new, 927 sq ft custom-built cabin is a cozy, two-level escape designed to bring the outdoors in. The first floor features a peaceful master bedroom, a comfy living room, and a dreamy sunroom with a private hot tub, grill, and lounge seating—perfect for soaking and stargazing after a day on the trails.

Upstairs, you’ll find a fully equipped kitchen and a charming dining area... with a twist: a swinging queen bed that’s equal parts playful and relaxing. The interior is filled with lush green touches, woodsy accents, and Smoky Mountain-inspired art to create a warm, inviting atmosphere.

Outside, enjoy a shared fire pit area and a kids’ playhouse just steps away, ideal for evenings by the fire or family fun. Whether you’re here to hike, unwind, or simply swing the day away, this cabin is a cozy base for all your Smoky Mountain adventures.

Guest Access:
Guests will have full access to the entire cabin, including both floors, the private sunroom with hot tub, the grill area, and the dedicated parking space. You'll have the whole place to yourselves to relax and enjoy.

The outdoor fire pit area and kids’ playhouse are shared spaces with the neighboring cabin, just a short walk away. Feel free to mingle—or enjoy your own peaceful retreat among the trees!

The Neighborhood:
Nestled in the serene community of Cosby, TN, this cabin offers a tranquil retreat away from the city's hustle and bustle. Just a 1-minute drive brings you to the Maddron Bald Trailhead in the Great Smoky Mountains National Park, providing easy access to scenic hikes like the Albright Grove Loop and Hen Wallow Falls. Downtown Gatlinburg is only 25 minutes away, but you can also enjoy local dining and activities without venturing far.​

To reach nearby attractions in Gatlinburg, Sevierville, Pigeon Forge, and beyond, driving is the most convenient option. These areas are all within a 20-30 minute drive, offering a variety of activities like shopping, dining, and sightseeing. Be sure to bring your vehicle for the ultimate Smoky Mountain adventure!

EV Charger: We offer an electric vehicle (EV) charger for your convenience during your stay.

Firewood: We provide firewood for the outdoor fire pit area, so you can enjoy cozy evenings by the flames.

Pets: We welcome your furry friends! A $100 pet fee applies.

Parties & Events: While we love a good time, parties or events are not allowed without prior authorization. Please reach out if you're planning something special!

NOTE - SHARED SPACE: There is a neighboring cabin on the property that is managed by us as well. The fire pit and playhouse are SHARED SPACES.
