This unique property offers three separate living spaces under one roof. It includes two 2-bedroom, 1-bath homes (one upstairs and one downstairs), each with its own private entrance, plus a separate private king suite with its own bathroom on the lower level. The front home and the king suite are handicap accessible. Please note children cannot stay in one of the units without an adult present.

We had an amazing stay at The Prickly Pear Guesthouse! The home was the perfect size for our group of eight. Spacious, comfortable, and had everything we needed. The location truly can’t be beat: walking distance to tasting rooms, shops, and restaurants, which made our weekend so easy and fun. The owners were incredibly responsive and accommodating, answering questions quickly and making sure everything was seamless from check-in to check-out. I would definitely book this home again!

It was a great place to stay as we all had our own spaces to relax in and then get together in themai house for meals and fun. The outdoor area was great to hang out and play games too. We went to Sedona, Jerome, the train out of Clarkdale and then went back to PHX thru Jerome and up and over Mingus mountain thru PrescottA great time was had by all.

We loved it!

The Prickly Pear was a perfect base for an annual gathering of 50-something gals. It was comfortable and cute and well-equipped. We loved the outdoor spaces and amenities. Great space, great location, ample parking!

This space is fantastic for a group! We instantly felt at home. It has a great set up with nice indoor and outdoor areas to gather while everyone had their private space to escape as needed. The location is ideal as it is walkable to the restaurants and tasting rooms of Old Town. While we didnt prepare any meals in, the kitchens appeared to be fully stocked. We will definitely return!

Girls Trip

Six of us stayed in the Prickly Pear house which is two separate units, one with stairs and a balcony, one with a ramp made of pavers. We split three in each house. So thankful for the ADA compliance since one of our gals was was having trouble getting around. Both units were absolutely great, walking distance to Old Town, well decorated, well stocked, and had enough space in the one without stairs that we could all sit around one table and play cards/games or eat all together. We had a great time. Hosts were great. Already talking about coming again next year!

I booked the Prickly Pear Guest House to house my entire family for an Anniversary Weekend with a surprise 60th Birthday Party for my Husband. With 9 adults aging from 32 to 89 these accommodations worked beautifully! The ramp access for my Father in Law was superb, the penthouse patio was perfect for my daughter and her husband and their meditation needs, and the main house was the best setting for our family dinner on our first night! Perfect Location

If you are looking for a place to stay with a larger group of friends that is walking distance to all the amazing restaurants and bars in Cottonwood....this is it! The place was beautiful, clean and so inviting. They had thought of everything to make our stay enjoyable. I cannot say enough good things about this house And, the location is great--so close to many areas to explore and enjoy. We had a gathering of five siblings and their spouses and we loved the spacious accommodations for all of us. We actually loved everything about this place!! Judy and Bob

Amazing stay!

This property was amazing! We rented it for my bachelorette and it was a great space! The owners were very flexible and quick to respond. I would definitely recommend and stay again!
