Welcome to Chateau Mariposa! If you are looking for a newly built home with all new furniture located in the middle of all the best towns in Northern Arizona, look no further! This 3 bedroom 2 bath home is located in a new subdivision in the heart of Cottonwood. With a 2-minute walk to the Coyote Trails golf course, it can't get much better than that! Coyote Trails is a well-maintained 9-hole course that has some of the best views Cottonwood has to offer. If you look up to the West you will see Mingus Mountain, home of the city on the side of a mountain, Jerome. There you will find a historic town full of ghost tours, museums, and some of the best food you can imagine. On the other side of Mingus Mountain is Prescott. This town has a beautiful downtown full of festivals and events every weekend near the town square. You have to check it out! To the North East and a 15-minute drive is Sedona. Absolutely beautiful red rock views and tons of shopping, dining, and tours available. Don't forget your hiking boots! Wine tasting tours are available in all of these cities!

The gourmet kitchen has all new appliances and a pantry with tons of supplies. Dining for 6 both inside and outside for those beautiful spring nights.

- Stays 21 days or more require a utility deposit in the amount of $500.00 - the deposit will be collected once the booking is confirmed either via Airbnb or a direct charge to the card on file.
~ Check-in time is at 4:00 PM
~ Check-out time is 10:00 AM
~We are not able to accommodate an early check-in or late check-out, so please coordinate your travel plans with these times in mind
~Guest booking the homes must be at least 25 years of age.
~Casago provides a starter pack of hand soap, body wash, shampoo and conditioner, toilet paper, paper towels, dishwasher pods, and laundry soap.
~Reservation holder must always occupy the home unless approved in advance by Casago.
~All reservations must submit their driver's license and Selfie thru Guest Ranger and sign the Casago management rental agreement within 72 hours of booking.
~Utility caps apply. Utility cap overages will be charged to a credit card on file for stays over 21 days or longer- Airbnb money request will be sent within 14 days of departure.
~All last-minute reservations or those booked by Arizona residents staying in the Phoenix area are subject to a background check on the reservation holder and an additional screening fee.
~ The guest is liable for all pet damage if the home is pet approved. Select homes are pet approved.
~ 1 dog is allowed no more than 25 lbs with a pet fee. Please remember to clean up after your dog prior to checking out; failure to do so may result in additional fees. The guest is liable for all pet damage. Absolutely no cats allowed.
~There is an additional $150 pet fee.

The house was fine. The owner or manager needs to make sure the landscaping is taken care ofLOTS OF WEEDS. Which might be why there were ants in the kitchen. Also, not a brand new house as advertised. Carpet and furniture were pretty worn.

The twin beds are horrible especially the one by the window! Mattresses need replacing badly!!!!The front door needs to be held tightly while locking from outside or it will stay open. The microwave light doesn’t go off when touching the on/off. The master bathroom shower door is put on backwards so it’s difficult to open from the inside. These things can be easily remedied and then I’d give it a 10! It’s the perfect location and very nice house.

What a gem

There were 3 adults and 3 youth. This was a perfect oasis As mentioned, the backyard was fabulous and Betty the retro camper is a hoot. We loved everything. The house was decorated fun and clean. The size was perfect for all of us. The host was amazing. We would like o come back

Romantic Renewal

My husband and I decided we wanted to spend our 28th anniversary on the 28th in quaint Cottonwood. This lovely new home was available for four nights for less than a small hotel room in town for three nights. I knew it was close to town, but we were delighted to know it was within an easy walking distance with sidewalks all the way! When we didn’t choose to walk, it was such a short drive, it was no issue at all! For such a small town, you have many high-quality restaurants to enjoy, and we lucked out to have a Northern Arizona Blues Alliance Coonceer at their lovely Old Town Cottonwood live performance venue!Now more about the lovely home! It is in an amazing new little neighborhood just outside of town. The bed was a dream to sleep on, and the couch was super comfortable as well. It was delightful to have a kitchen, an outdoor area to enjoy plus a little office and comfortable reading corner in the main room. The place is decorated with so many lovely touches. There is not a basic item in the place. Everything is elevated. If you need anything, it is either already provided with the plethora of pamphlets in the office or will be responded to instantly by the local contact/owners! We cannot recommend this place enough, and I am sure we will return ourselves!Gratefully,Mike & Nina

Our stay was perfect! The property was in great new condition! It was very comfortable (especially the mattress & bedding, leather couch, outdoor area),well stocked (even a small cooler to borrow for the day’s outings), clean, easy to find, great view of the mountains from the backyard! Host was very responsive when we had a few questions. They responded within 5-10 minutes. Would definitely stay again!

Pros * Very well equipped with dishes, flatware, pots, pans, extra blankets, bedding, etc. * Ceiling fans have both up lights and down lights. * Large refrigerator has ice maker and water dispenser with extra options. * Toaster and other appliances have many options that are not available on cheap models. * Quiet ceiling fans. * Hard to list all the pros. Everything was well stocked and in working order. Observations * Difficulty making 2nd payment to the property management company. I could not make the 2nd payment electronically due to their tech issues. I had to go to their office. * No curtains or other coverings on 4 windows: 2 high ones in the den with sofa/sleeper, front door, and kitchen window. High windows let in more light than we liked. It is possible to see through from front door all the way through house at night. * Refrigerator door hits pantry door * Dining room chairs bump against picture frames. * Dining room and kitchen is a tight fit for a wheelchair. * Master bedroom's bed is high (hard for person with accessibility issues), but it has the accessible shower. * Driveway and sidewalk have rough texture. There is a small bump at threshold from the garage to the laundry room. They were small obstacles for the person in our party in a wheelchair, but manageable. * Each ceiling fan switch had a small blue light. Great for finding switches at night, but brighter than some of us liked.

Perfect Getaway

Perfect! From the easy arrival, beautiful home and more! There was plenty of amenities on hand, everything we needed that we left home! The home was plentiful in size for us and the location was perfect- out of the chaos but close enough to everything and parking was easy in cottonwood for visitors to park- shop, hike, or eat! We highly recommend this place and would return without any hesitation! Everything felt new, The master bedroom queen/full mattress was firm for those who need a nice firm place to lay their head- my husband appreciated that!

Very nice little home

A large family might feel a tad crammed, but having never had a family, I am not sure! This was a very new dwelling, seemed like a safe neighborhood and not too far from Sedona. We were here in a somewhat “low season” time but I have heard traffic into Sedona can be quite heavy. This seems to be true Friday-Sunday, but much less Monday-Thursday. Appliances, cookware and grill were excellent

Like A New Home

Rented the home in Cottonwood and it was just like nobody had ever stayed there before us. The home was resort style clean. During our stay the air conditioning kept us cool even though the outside temps were over 110 degrees. The home was completely stocked, and it was extra nice to be able to use the two-car garage. We would rent this house again.
