Our room appeared to have never been upgraded from original. It was so depressing, dark, 1 window, dirty, smashed bug on shower wall, cupboard doors unhinged, crumbs in refrigerator vegetable drawer, front door didn't close all the way (of course there was a deadbolt for safety). We had booked for 2 nights but only stayed 1 because we just couldn't face another night there! Even though our booking was non-refundable.
