Hot tub has no jets, not hot. Breakfast was great! The room was great - bed, temperature. Lighting dim, shower water pressure low, roll-in shower drained across bathroom floor, towels were a little scratchy.

1. The hot tub was ridiculously hot. Could not sit in it. Only could put my feet in for a few minutes. The pool was colder than it should be. 2. The bathroom was rather gross. There was hair from the previous guest on the counter top, meaning it was not cleaned. 3. The caulking in the bathroom was poorly done.

Staff was very friendly, efficient and courteous. Room was clean, however, the layout of the accessible shower/bath was not well thought out. Soap/shampoo/conditioner containers were behind the handicapped seat and too high up to use without standing, thereby risking a fall. Breakfast was good with plenty of choices.
