The only reason I chose this hotel was because of the AC but some how the AC only worked certain hours. At night was very hot but no AC. I called front desk many times but no help

Nos tivemos una experiencia excelente. O staff sempre cortes e atencioso. A localizacao foi propositadamente escolhida para nossa facil locomocao. As acomodocaoes e cafe da manha tambem muito bons. Com certeza recomendaremos. Obrigada!

Expensive for what it has to offer! Beware they charge for everything extra including stuff that should it be included for a 4 star hotel. If a visit to the pool is in your mind be ready to pay for a towel, plus charge of 3euros for a swimming robe and also an extra 1.50 for a Swimming cap(bring your own to avoid charge) they are obligated. Also something that is unacceptable for a 4 star property is that they ask for deposit in cash in case none of those are returned back! Will not go back to this property. In my modest opinion this hotel does not deserve a 4 star rating. Extremely disappointed!
