Uncomfortable experience with front desk
Posted Jan. 26, 2024 on HotelsThe hotel itself was pretty nice. My family was in town to celebrate my great aunts birthday and we hadn’t been together like that in many many years. While most of the staff was very kind, including the owner as we checked out, there was an uncomfortable experience with one of the night clerks. Due to her rudeness, it would give me pause before deciding to book there again. She went out of her way to make us uncomfortable and even told us the lobby closed at 10 pm. There was no signage anywhere that said that and the previous night other guests were hanging out in the lobby well after 11 when I arrived.
