About the home
“Bronzewing Haven” is a delightful single-storey family home in Cowes, just a few minute walk to the beach, and a short drive to the restaurants, cafes and supermarkets of Cowes. Some of the many features of this lovely home are detailed below:
Indoor Areas
The large open plan kitchen (with WIP)/dining/living room (with smart TV) is in the heart of the home, and provides access out to the Alfresco area and through to the laundry. The main bedroom has a WIR and ensuite (with shower & toilet). There is a separate kids retreat with a stufy deck and chair, which leads to the other 3 bedrooms (all with BIR), the main bathroom (with shower & bath) plus a separate toilet. The front lounge (with smart TV) provides a 3rd living space.
Outdoor Areas
The covered alfresco area (with outdoor setting for 6 and BBQ) provides a lovely space to look over the fully enclosed yard which is perfect for kids and has a hot & cold water outdoor shower. There are bench seats in the retaining walls opposite the alfresco. There is parking in the driveway providing plenty of room for up to 3 cars (the double garage is not accessible to guests).
Kitchen
The fully appointed kitchen is equipped with cooking utensils, crockery, cutlery, microwave, a Nespresso compatible pod coffee machine, toaster, kettle, etc. plus a double sink, fridge, dishwasher, 900mm electric oven and 5-burner gas cook top.
Heating/Cooling Systems
There are two split-system reverse cycle air-conditioning units; one in the main bedroom and one in the main living area, as well a ceiling fans in the main living area. There are 4 mobile heaters (one in each bedroom) plus a large mobile heater in the main living room.
Bedding Configuration
This home has 6 beds, plus 1 sofa bed, accommodating up to 8 guests:

There is also a Double sofa bed/divan in the front Living room, suitable for 2 adults or children.
Linen

By default, a booking at this home does not include optional linen (top & bottom sheets, bath towels and pillowcases). What is included are doonas (quilts) with covers, pillows without covers, tea towels, hand towels and bathmats. If you would like the optional linen included in your booking, please let us know, including which beds you would like it provided for. The additional cost would be a one-off charge of $30 per bed (some sites add a service fee to these costs) - and we prefer 7 days' notice prior to your arrival to get that arranged.

The property has only one fault. The garage is not available for use and the driveway is steep which means parking motorcycles at MotoGP time is difficult
