Summary:

This large single-storey modern family home has all the comforts you would expect. Build in a newly developed area, close to the main town. A large fully fenced backyard with a BBQ and grassed area for family fun. This place is well suited for a large family with a play area in the front for the kids, or a study nook, with a Fast Wifi Connection to work or study from home.



The Space:

This family home in Cowes comes with a two-car parking garage, dark timber floorboards. Split system heating throughout. A fully stocked kitchen with lots of appliances, like a toaster, kettle, coffeemaker, oven, and stove.

Large Fridge/freezer with Drinkwater and ice cube tray.



The house is fully set up for guests, and offers a large 8 seater dining table, for those nice family dinners. Or during summertime, we have a large outdoor setup, with BBQ and a large umbrella.



The master bedroom has a large walk-in robe and an ensuite.

The master bathroom has a large shower cabin and bathtub.



The bedrooms have electric heating, the master bedroom has an individual split system on the wall.



This house has a fully fenced backyard.

Linen is included in the hire.



The place is overlooking a soon-to-be-made park with a man-made lake. Lots of wildlife birds have already made their way here.



The house is located on a dead-end street for now, so traffic is minimal.

This place is ideally set up for families and comes with some kids toys and games as well, in the playroom.



The Neighborhood:

This neighbourhood is fairly new and recently develepod.

There is minimal traffic, and only a 5 min ride from the main town, and shops.

10 min away from the Penguin parade.

Great location, lovely home and very welcoming host

Our family had a great time during our stay. The host was in constant contact offering any assistance if required however we did not require anything as the house was well stocked with the necessities. Amazing location right next to the pond! I would highly recommend it!

Hi there, the property was nice and the backyard was great. However, the kitchen was missing some small pots, the outside windows were dirty, I found toys in the front room on the floor, there was an old top behind the cushion on the chair in the front room and the floors were dusty even in the bedrooms we hadn’t used. We were going to fry some eggs for brekkie and the pan we went to use hasn’t been washed from the previous person who used it. We thought this needed to be raised with you. Phillip Island is a lovely place

The property was spacious and clean with a fenced backyard. It is a little out of town so you cant walk to shops etc but that is the compromise for having such a large and quiet place. We very much enjoyed our stay.

very convenient location

The property is well located, close to cowes but still a few minutes away so it is very quiet. It is clean, spacious. It would be more convenient ,if the laundry could have some washing powder and the coffee machine has some capsules. Otherwise everything is quite perfect.

A Fabulous Week at the Beach

The house is located in a quiet estate. As a multi-generational family group the property was large enough for our needs. As stated in a previous review if you are planning on eating in you need to take all of your provisions and condiments. Beds are comfortable and clean. Its only a short drive to surf and safe beaches. The back garden is securely fenced for animals. Highly recommend.

Beautiful place, quiet neighborhood & convenient location

Our family including a couple of elderly people enjoyed our stay very much! It's a beautiful place in a beautiful and quiet neighborhood. We arrived around midnight on the first night of our stay, however the check-in process was very easy and convenient. The communication regarding check-in process was great with very clear instructions. We felt very welcomed. The location was perfect for us, just a short-drive to the penguin parade. Everything was just so wonderful and faultless. Will definitely come back again when we have the chance.

Comfy homely place

Enjoyed our stay at this house. Outside could do with a clean and tidy up, windows need cleaned, cobwebs cleared and bird poo removed from front door as is first impression. Could do with more glassware in kitchen. Otherwise spacious and generally comfortable.

Our home on the Island

Even before we arrived we felt welcomed with wonderful communication from Matt. We arrived late in the evening and check in was so simple. Spacious for our little one to play in with plenty of room for the adults to relax. This lovely new house was so effortless to call home after our long days at the track. It was also lovely to wake up to all the seagulls and plovers across the road, including our own family gaggle of Cape Baron geese wandering down the street. Can't wait to come back again!

Nice, clean and quiet house

We enjoyed our holiday here, the house is lovely, it was clean and spacious, beds are comfortable and the location very relaxed and peaceful. It's just a short drive to a nice safe beach for the kids to play. The backyard was perfect for the dog with nice high fences and secure gates. It's worth saying there was very little in regards to condiments etc provided in the pantry, so if you plan on cooking and eating in you're best to take pretty much everything you will need to do so. Generally speaking it's a very pleasant house and the host was in touch throughout our stay to make sure we were happy. We would definitely stay there again.

A lovely weekend spent at Phillip Island. House big (4) brooms and 2 bathrooms. Clean and well presented. New. Reverse cycle heating in lounge and nice efficient bar heaters in all rooms. Large garage to park 2 cars, thanks. We will stay again another time. :) KJ

Our stay overall was pleasant. We were missing the cot in the main bedroom We notified the owner and one was delivered to us within the hour. The BBQ hadn’t been cleaned and the outside umbrella was broken.. ..in the listing it states 3 toilets yet only has 2 toilets.We all felt it needed a thorough cleaning. The TV also had no free to air . Otherwise a pleasant stay.
