Waited half an hour to get into main entrance staff were very rude room was very dirty stained bedding window was sealed shut no way of turning heating down was like a furnace shower and toilet were filthy so wouldn't use shower broken bedside table light bulbs were damaged managed to get 2 hours sleep was horrific

The hotel is good value for money. It had good intentions when it was built but things are aging now. Lovely place for older ones to stay but for younger ones who may find it difficult if they are not driving and rely a lot on mobile signal.

I would not recommend to anyone there was cracks in the walls the carpet was not put down properly the night staff disappeared when there was a very bad problem with one person who was staying at the hotel were he threatened to knock me and using foul language to me and he disturbed all the residents in the hotel and the room could be cleaned better and I lost my room key and got charged £10 for a new one then found it did not get the £10 back and it has no bar no shops near by and my mum found a bedbug in her room I would not go back there it was the worst hotel ever I’ve been to. I’ve been up all night because I couldn’t sleep. I’m so glad I’m home and safe. The bed was so uncomfortable and the pillows are dreadful. The whole place could do with a tidy up and put a bar in and is also health and safety issues in the place. The fire alarm also had a fault you could see it flashing and you said on the system there is a fault on
