Nestled in Baker Drive, it is situated just a short, easy stroll away from the main beaches and village CBD, and is a mere hop, skip and a jump from the village pool, sporting grounds and community park. The charming home boasts spacious living areas, good sized bedrooms, an expansive modern kitchen and a fresh bathroom, making it the perfect place for friends and family alike to unwind.
The spacious bedrooms are designed for relaxation and flexibility—two feature comfortable queen beds, while the third includes both a queen and a single bed, ideal for families or groups. The bedrooms are welcoming and serviced by a plethora of natural light, with each adorned with a beautifully crafted, wooden ceiling fan for added comfort. The home features a freshly renovated bathroom with a combined shower and bath, while the laundry room conveniently houses the second toilet.
At the heart of the home is a stylish, fully equipped kitchen with fine finishes and thoughtful design. It boasts beautiful cabinetry, a large Smeg oven, coffee machine, and a spacious island with a breakfast bar—perfect for casual meals or gathering with friends.
