Be Nice: Treat our staff and contractors like the rockstars they are.
Smoking: Allowed only outdoors, away from doors and windows. Don’t worry, the plants won’t mind.
No Firearms: Leave your slingshots and cannons at home.
No Fireworks: Because we don’t want your holiday to end with a bang (literally).
No Illegal Activities: We’re not running a crime drama here.
Keep It Down: Channel your inner ninja and keep noise levels reasonable.
Guest Limit: Only the number of guests listed in the booking can stay overnight. No sneaky sleepovers.
No Parties: Let’s keep it cosy, not crazy.
Pets: Only dogs are allowed at our properties, and only with prior approval. Check the listing for specific pet rules—Fido deserves a holiday too, but only if we`ve given the green light!
Upon Check-Out
Dishes: Wash and put away. Pretend you’re at home and your mum is watching.
Turn Off: All lights, heaters, and coolers. Help us save the planet.
Pet Cleanup: Don’t leave us any surprises.

Our Check in time changed the day before we checked in .from3pm tp 5 pm.then recieced a email on the day which we did not see that the room was cleaned earlier. All communication was done by email some with A.i.No where to hang any clothes, no iron board,two towels supplied for our three night stay, so we had to launder them.

Golf course and resort spa and pool Disappointed that there was not bathmat, clothesline over spa did not work so we could not dry our swimmers and towels there. also was nowhere to hang any clothing up also was only 1 spare toilet roll and the one on the holder was less than a half of a roll had to go out to purchase more

Hanging options

Very surprised on arrival to find no hangers and no where to actually hang anything, also no ironing board as stated in the list and could not connect to the internet. I did however contact host straight away and got a reply but no solution. There was a cupboard in kitchen area which was locked and not available which I presume would be were one would normally have an ironing board and hangers and some where to hang my coat and clothes. I did make a suggestion of putting a hat stand and hangers in the apartment for future but didn’t help my situation.

Lovely room, location and ambience

Large, clean and comfortable room with good facilities. Nice balcony to look out over the golf course, where we had wine & nibbles and when the golfers had left, the rabbits and kangaroos came out. We had dinner downstairs in the RACV restaurant one night and dinner in Creswick. Lovely town. Great weekend

Beautiful room and resort

Loved our stay, beautiful room and the resort is wonderful. Check in instructions could be a bit clearer, an extra few towels would be nice too. But overall a lovely place, highly recommend.

Loved having the spa with the lovely outlook over the golf course green and the hills. Nice restaurant on site, though the pool is very small and full of kids. Communication could have been better on how to collect the keys. Glad I chased this up before arrival. Aircon was leaking puddles of water next to the front door which might need fixing. Overall a lovely stay, thank you.

Being built on a golf course, all guest rooms seem to have great views of the surrounding areas. Facilities are excellent, including the swimming pool.
