Llety is set in the heart of Criccieth, a picturesque town in North Wales, renowned for its stunning castle overlooking Cardigan Bay and the Cambrian Coast. Llety sits above the beach with fantastic views. A spacious ground floor apartment, with all of Criccieth's attractions in easy walking distance.

Kitchen Diner A large kitchen with a 6 seater dining table offers a great space for hosting friends who may join for supper. The kitchen is well equipped with an electric oven and hob, american fridge freezer, separate smaller fridge, air fryer, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, smart TV and HiFi system with a good selection of CDs and bluetooth connection. There is a blue rayburn in the kitchen also, but this is not in use.
Bedroom A spacious double bedroom, with sea views, a TV, basin and ample built-in wardrobe space.
Bathroom A bath with shower over, WC and basin and bidet. The bath also has a wall mounted handle. Outside Llety has a small patio area at the front of the house with a bench to soak in the summer sun with sea views and a great viewpoint of the castle. There is parking directly outside the house. The Local Area
The town offers a vibrant high street lined with shops, cafes, and restaurants showcasing some of the best local produce. A short walk from the house will take you to the delightful Idris Cafe, where you can enjoy delicious chocolate eclairs and freshly baked bread, or savor an ice cream from Cadwaladers as you stroll up to Criccieth Castle. For dining, Poachers Restaurant is a must-visit, and evening drinks at Dylans are highly recommended. Criccieth serves as a gateway to Snowdonia, providing easy access to hundreds of mountain walks and thrill-seeking adventures like Zip World. It's also an ideal base for exploring nearby attractions such as the Italian-themed village of Portmeirion, made famous by the 1960s TV series 'The Prisoner,' and the historic Ffestiniog and Welsh Highland Railways. Whether you're interested in history, outdoor activities, or simply relaxing by the sea, Criccieth has plenty to offer.

Spacious apartmernt in stunning location
The apartment was very comfortable and spacious and was equipped with everything we could possibly have needed for a week-long stay. Owner Lyn was friendly and helpful regarding the local area and went over and above to assist us after we left a bag behind at the property. The location and views over the sea and castle are stunning and the village and surrounding area both have lots to offer. We were delighted to find such a comfortable, dog-friendly place.
