Very clean, nice neighborhood, felt safe, good parking, good amenities, very comfortable couch, pod type coffee maker. We didn’t have any trouble or needs did not need to call host. Host provided everything we needed and check in was a breeze. We explained we were going to be arriving late. My daughter and family will be staying in the area several times in the next three years. She was very impressed with location. Every where we went it was about 25 minutes away.

The rooms were clean and all the rooms had good space. The neighborhood was nice. The deck was nice but it was dirty the chairs on the deck were also dirty. It should have been at least been rinsed off. Pros: Lots of space, all the acentals were there. towels extra condiments in the cabinets, dishes, dishwasher, everything you need was there. cons: The toaster didn't work, hand towel rack in the master bathroom was broken, and the main bathroom the tub knobs leaked very bad.safety issue: One of the rails on the outside stairs was broken and if you leaned up against it you could fall off.Over all we had a nice stay, the place would be better if the items I mentioned above were fixed.

Updated interior townhouse style in quiet neighborhood. Easy access to highways/shops/restaurants/activities. Able to have relaxing breakfast before leaving for the day. We were able to spread out and not feel "on top of each other" like in a hotel room. Utilized the side parking rather than street parking.

The townhouse is exactly like described. Trent was quick to respond. The space was nice and provided us with what we needed. The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars is due to the front door being difficult to open. I did let Trent know about that and he advised he would have it taken care of. The location is perfect for visiting Baltimore and DC. The neighborhood was nice and very quiet. I would recommend the townhouse.

 wonderful stay

We came in to celebrate a graduation & needed somewhere local to family to stay. This was perfect! It’s located in a fairly quiet neighborhood with literally anything within driving distance! Great area to walk in the mornings & evening. We were there during the weekend & got to enjoy a farmers market across the street on Saturday morning.Very clean home & so easy to communicate with Trent. Responses were in less than an hour. Loved the stay & will book again in the future. Thank you for such a lovely experience.

Visiting Seaman at Ft Meade

Out stay was for a Navy graduation. This property was located centrally to Ft. Meade, DC, Annapolis, and Baltimore. It was clean, cozy, and spacious. For the most part the description was accurate. There was no hairdryer as listed so bring one or ask if it has been replaced. At this time, the small yard space is not kid friendly. The neighborhood is quiet and located close to grocery shopping and dining. The shower is usually the deal breaker for me. The water pressure was great and the water temp maintained throughout shower. There are TVs and a chair in every bedroom for some down time. The kitchen has the basic needs to cook a meal. There was also a crockpot, coffee pot, and a Keurig. I would book a stay here again.
